Honestly, I don’t think I have had a bad experience at any Chi-​fil-​a.
the service is always great. You know from being there that the company focuses on customer satisfaction and creating an environment where their customers feel like they are valued and respected. I love it.
The food is good but of course its glorified fast food. Its not like its any better than fast food but the reason why I choose this over other fast food is because of the way they run their business and the atmosphere they maintain.
This Chik-​fil-​a had a particularly nice staff. They took our trays as we were walking out and were just really kind. The food came out quick and it was perfect.

I don’t think I’ve been to a fast food place with better customer service. The staff at this location are super friendly and helpful. Being a mom with young kids every little bit of extra help is wonderful. They help bring food to the table, refill drinks and clear the table if needed. I also like the fresh flowers at the table and its also very clean. It also seems they are always having awesome promotions like free breakfasts items on Tuesdays. Yes please!

Drive thru is always fast and you cannot beat the friendly staff here. They have always been good. Go to place for a chicken sandwich.

I like Chick-​Fil-​A, however, this location is not up to par with other Chick’s.
I have done the drive thru thing here a few times now and each time was a disappointment. They fill your beverage cup ¾ of the way with packed ice, which leaves you with very little of the actual drink you ordered. They don’t understand the concept of a half & half or an Arnold Palmer, even when ordering a half ice tea, half lemonade… It’s always just lemonade.
They never give out mints, croutons for salads or other condiments that go with the order. And lastly, their chicken always has the gross grisly bit. Even the chicken nuggets. I am closer to this location, but much prefer driving the extra distance to go to the one on 35th and Wall. They get it right!

Delicious food served by friendly staff. I’ve tried several different items during multiple visits and I have yet to be disappointed. My 2 year old’s favorite part is the playground.
The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The layout of this Chick-​Fil-​A is more efficient and better suited to handling large crowds compared to other locations nearby.
My favorite item is the Cobb Salad. It pairs well with the chocolate chunk cookie.

I have been enjoying Chick-​Fil-​A for 20+ years and I have to say that this new location just off 12th St. and Washington in Ogden is the largest and nicest one I have ever been to!
It is large inside with rows of booth seating as well as some standard single tables. Beautiful views of the Ogden mountain range outside the windows and fantastic service on the inside. Outdoor seating also!
Super clean at all times with quick, friendly employees. This location even has a playland area for kids and families which is a nice touch. All that added to the great food they serve adds up to a winning restaurant!

Service was great in fact it may be too great. They had just opened up so they are trying to impress. I was there 20 minutes and had 14 people ask me if I needed anything. It was a little overwhelming.
Anyway, they were doing a great job.
