This is a pretty great Veridian. It has a drive-thru(single lane) for those that want to drive through, and it has an interior bank as well. There’s also an ATM. The drive-thru is busy and occasionally has a line, but I rarely have to wait(maybe once out of the 20 times I’ve been there) if I want service inside. I regularly make special requests and orders at this bank, and they’ve never had a problem fulfilling them or been rude about it. Staff has always been super friendly, and while they may not always have the answers, they are always happy to ask a coworker who does. The location is clean, and if you do need to wait for a more in-depth transaction(loans, etc.), they have some chairs that are comfortable enough for sitting. We had our car loan pre-approved here, and the process was super simple and she was very friendly about it as well. Very competitive rates for both my savings and our car loan as well. Great credit card rates as well. Pretty much just an amazing branch, and if you’re going to need to have a bank account, I always recommend a credit union like Veridian over a bigger«bank». Seriously love this place. My bigger complaint lies with Veridian itself and not this branch: it’s a giant pain in the butt to be connected to a specific branch when you call their«phone number». You have to wait in line to be answered by a representative THEN you get to be transferred. I’ve waited over 20 minutes before, and I wish there was a direct way to call the branch. Final thoughts: The people here are definitely friendly, and I’m surprised that there’s a Veridian in such a smaller town. They’ve been nothing-but-great to me, and I prefer to come to this Veridian when I have a choice.
