Walmart Supercenter

Horribly long lines and homeless people always chasing you around the parking lot begging for money. Getting out of the parking lot here is always scary I’ve seen tons and tons if wrecks there.

I went there to exchang pants, I bought. The tag was attached and the price. At the service desk she said that the receipt didn’t match the pants, I told her, «no, it’s the correct receipt.» She scanned again and in front of the customer with her loud voice she said that I changed the price on the pants. I got embarrassed and, then the manager came and scanned it again and the receipt matched. Not really to happy with this experience

I have only had a few issues. My sister ordered a cake from the baker and it was bad work. They seem always understaffed so it leads to messy isles, poor customer service and an uncomfortable experience. When in the past I had issues they were resolved by management in a professional manner.

Less than one star. Shop there almost weekly. Or did… Rounded up about $ 110.00 worth of school supplies and such. Went to check out and their stupid machine couldn’t read my check. The same checks I present almost weekly. So «Customer Service» took me to another register — which didn’t work either. So I could pay with another method or leave empty handed. I left. And left mad. I am NOT a fan of Wal-​Mart any more. :-(

This review is for the vision center at Wal-​Mart. Becky is the best person in the world. I came into the store with a broken pair of glasses. I mean destroyed, she took my old broken glasses and popped my lens into some nice new frames. Becky was so helpful and friendly, it was a shock that she was able go help me so fast. Ask for her if you need help!

I’m at the auto lube and tire section and saw one customer had to pay extra because she didn’t have enough oil in her car beforehand. I have been waiting almost an hour and a half for my oil change. The lady who took my car information told me the wipers would be six a piece to replace. Now one young man told me it would be 13 per blade even though I looked in the book and found them cheaper! Apparently the older man who charged the first lady more than quoted wanted me to pay more. I have never been so frustrated before. My blades are supposed to be cheap and they refused to honor the prices. I tried to pay for my oil change early and the cashier refused as well. This is ridiculous. My oil warning light is still on after the change.

This is the place that people that commit crimes should be sent to! Shopping here is pure torture. There are not enough registers and the place is way too crowded and kids run free in the store.

I’d give it 0 stars if that was an option. never have I ever experienced lines like this, short of a major holiday… the store was almost the most disorganized Walmart I’ve ever seen. avoid.

Agree with Allan B and Dana. While customer service is lacking, the store does need to increase its workforce to make up for this growing city. It is a walmart, and if people dont like it, there’s an albertsons down the road a little. They do need to open self checkouts though. That would really help out everyone.

I dont think that this Walmart store deserves less than 3 stars. I agree that customer service in this store is as low as it can be, and the checking out takes forever, but a Walmart is always a busy store, and I could not imagine not being able to shop from Walmart. It has many advantages to a family person. This store in precise is not really that bad, and I am glad that you at least have the choice to shop at Walmart In Odessa!
