I am happy with the service we receive from Vivint and have no complaints. We had no problems with the installation or the equipment and system. Vivant staff are very professional and polite when responding to an alarm. Their response is very timely. The only thing I would mention is that we have had a couple of unexplained alarms when out of town which isn’t Vivint’s fault. Overall we would recommend Vivant to anyone who asked.

When I first signed up with Vivint I was very happy with the service and I will say that they will show up and work on your system if you have problems with it, however you might have to wait 2 –3 weeks for them to show up. Unfortionatly i needed to have them come out on at least 2 occasions to fix my main control panel and both times within 2 weeks the panel was dead again. Finally I decided to cancel service with them, in December 2014 i called and let them know that I was unsatisfied with their service and wanted to cancel, at this time i was still under contract so I was told that I would have to call back when my contract was up to cancel. I did so when my contract was up and was told that I was cancelled but i would have to call back in 2 weeks to a month to verify that my account was cancelled. I did call back in about 3 weeks and was told that yes my service was cancelled and inwould not have another bill to pay for them. Then to my surprise when I checked my account today there was another charge from Vivint. Of course I called them and talked to another person and was told this current charge is because the cancelation was made within 30 days of my next payment so I am still responsable for the charge. Long story short I am paying for 2 months of service past the end of my contract for a product that worked for a very limited amount of the time that I had it and now wish I never had to start with!
