Walked in the front door he was complaining about the lady before me. Then he got upset with me for trying to pay with a credit card or check. Left and went down the street for my simple heel repair and was greeted by a very nice man that actually charged me ½ the price. Rude, won’t be back.

I LOVE this place, what a treasure! I had a pair of high heels that were gorgeous, but the heel was too high, I couldn’t walk in them-​they made my calves burn, wow! I took them in and he cut ½″ off the heel, and they were done the same day! They are wonderful now, perfectly balanced and very comfortable. He did an excellent job. It’s amazing to find someone in Odessa that can alter heels! (Seriously, how many of us have gorgeous heels just sitting in the closet because they are too painful to wear?) He also has a lot of nice leather work in his shop; saddles, belts, etc. Great price, super nice man, fantastic work! Five stars! Oh, and it’s cash only, I think. Parking is crazy small, but it’s worth the trouble!
