Pizza Hut

I had delivery the pizza arrived before their quoted time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. But… The pizza seemed a little over cooked, the breadsticks were good and the Chocolate Chip cookie. They forgot my cheese sticks so the delivery guy had to go get them and bring them back. Overall

This place is always busy. There is a young man who always waits on us. He is the best!!! It seems he’s always the only one waiting tables but he is always smiling and friendly, never rushed or impolite. We’ve been here four times now and the pizza is always perfect. This will definitely be a regular for us!

The worst! I don’t know what has happened to this location but I use to order delivery here all the time. Now, they never answer the phone, when I try to order online the order says it will be about 2hrs! I tried to call and to change my order to pick up and they hung up on me 3 times, by the 4^th time they answered said they would cancel it and hung up on me again! It was so awful. I tried to take my son to dine in and when we walked in the lady said that the dine in was closed. I said than why is the door open she said that they were only doing pick up and deliver and couldn’t do dine in. She said it was just her and two other girls and the people who make the pizza and she said they couldn’t help us. I was beyond furious about how they treated us! Never get pizZa here anymore and this location is the only one that delivers to my house so usually I have to go to another location to pick up but most of those act the same way. The only good location in Odessa now is on Andrews Hwy.
