LABORANDDELIVERY: I was transferred here during labor by my midwife. I was blessed to receive AMAZING Drs, Dr Anderson and Dr Brothers. I did wind up having a repeat c section and the surgery was 100 times better than my first experience with a different dr. My scar even looks MUCH much much better than it did the first time. I had lots of post op complications, these ladies helped me tremendously! I even got an extra Dr added to the team, Dr Moore. He is such a nice man and was very honest(as were the other two Drs) with me about what was going on the whole time. They talked TO me and treated me wonderful. Some Drs just talk at you, I was thankful for how great they were. I had wonderful nurses as well! Two nurses really left an impression(Edith and Stephanie: you guys are who make patients so grateful). They were just so sweet! ER: I visited ER3 times. My first visit wasn’t terrible, I met a nurse name Cydny(think that’s how she spelled it) and she was the sweetest woman! The best nurse down there! Our second visit was for a hemorrhage, I felt like I wasn’t really given the time of day, the bleeding slowed and I was sent home. One hour later I passed out and was back. Still not much attention until I stood up and passed out in there, that was also the first time they looked to see how much blood I was losing(it was all over their floor now)… That got them moving. They called my Dr real quick after that. I received my first blood transfusion of the night there then I was sent to ICU with massive blood loss. All in all the only good thing about ER in my opinion was the nurse Cydny. She even came to visit me when she could my last two visits and she volunteered to take me to ICU herself. She stayed with me as long as she could and she texted an ICU nurse to check on me. God Bless that woman! ICU: These people know what they’re doing. Drs, Nurses, everyone! When I got in there I had about 6 or 7 nurses cleaning me, stripping off what clothes were left, attaching monitors, IVs, pads, talking to me, they’re just a great team! I was well taken care of here. When I became alert, it felt like a prison with no windows but I was thankful to have those guys! A nurse named Ryan came by to check on me who was so nice! He had helped when I first got to their unit but wasn’t my nurse, he made an impression by doing that! People like this make a patient feel cared for. A special thank you to Trey in Anesthesiology! I was so scared and started to panic, he came in my room before I went to the OR and talked to me and assured me. He even came back a day later to check on me and make sure I was ok. I will FOREVER remember these nurses and Drs God placed to care for me. Thank you guys so much –Reagan Brown

I came here with a friend for her surgery. The nurses were nice, waiting rooms are relatively comfortable, all the coffee machines weren’t working(i don’t drink coffe, but the people I was with did & they were very disappointed). I liked the status monitor in the surgical waiting room. You could see the Dr’s name & what phase the surgery was in.

Go somewhere else if you can! We waited in the ER/Urgent Care for over five hours and another couple has been waiting for a room when the husband is severely sick and was supposed to have a room already. We were told for three hours that there was one name in front of my dad’s and over twenty people went in front of us. I was told that the symptoms my dad had that put him in the hospital before were not critical enough. The nurse blew me off and acted as if I wasn’t worth her time. This place is in serious need of better time management and sensitivity training for the employees. Avoid at all costs if you can.
