Dropped my car off the other day at the service department. 2007 Kia Optima with 103,000 miles. Was leaking small amounts of oil. The service guy called me back and said parts and labor would run me $ 1900. The service guy was nice enough. So they had to replace gaskets and that I might as well replace the timing chain and sprocket’s while they were inside. I honestly don’t have a rating for these guys yet… but standby, I’m waiting on parts and they are going to start repairs sometime next week when the parts get in. I will have a post repair review for you shortly after I get my car back.

Awful! Service department took 3 months to fix my basic fender bender and had my Rolex«missing» out the center console… Just awful!

I went car shopping here and it was a pretty nice facility with a good selection. The facility was old but kept pretty clean. I ended up buying a car from Lithia Toyota but it’s not really because the facilities are nicer there, I just found the sales force more trustworthy. I dealt with 2 sales people, but my sales person Judy wasn’t very knowledgeable about basic information about the car, but these days with the boom I’ve learned not to expect too much! In the end, the sales person I ran into at Toyota did a much better job of making me feel that I wasn’t just another sucker. Plus I liked the car better. So all in all, I’ll give this dealership 4 stars.

ZEROSTARS!!! I downloaded this app just so I can write this review to hopefully save some poor soul from doing business with these crooks! Don’t waste your time, just keep driving! We traded a car in and it has been 6 weeks and the old car is still in our name! The bank is calling us saying we still owe payments and we don’t even have the car anymore!!! We made the deal on a vehicle and they ended up switching banks without telling us. The entire deal seemed very sketchy. Don’t waste your time!!!
