I love coming here and sitting at the bar. It is open seating. The food is good and the house margaritas are the best that I have found. The bartenders are very friendly.

Tammy is one of the best servers I have ever been treated by. With a friendly smile, and frequent visits to ensure we are happy with the service.
Even though she was slammed with 2-​other parties besides us. She did a great job with us, and another table of 6!
Our food took 11-​minutes, menudo, Chicken fujita Quesadilla, and a uno combo, all perfect. She checked on us a couple minutes after we were served. Then a few minutes after, to ensure we were all good.
This is a first for me to leave a 40% tip. It’s clear we will be back, and hopefilly ask for Tammy. She is clearly a professional and Jorges is clearly a professional run restaurant.
Thank you guys, I look forward to our future visits.

I was impressed with the food at Jorge’s on my first visit there. The biggest disappointment was that the chips we started out with were greasy and soggy and they gave us some watery salsa. The second batch of salsa was much less watery, although the chips didn’t really get better.
I forgive them for that though because the food was really good. My wife got a chili relleno that was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Love that they didn’t batter it. My cheese enchilada’s were great as well.

Jorge’s is just plain not good. I recently took my girlfriend to let her try it out and the food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken used in the quesadillas tasted like it had been left out and the «seafood salad» dish had been doused in citrus flavoring to hide the age of the seafood.
The service was not bad, but it took a while to get refills and the check and we went during an «off-​time» when they were not terribly busy. I can’t suggest this place to anyone knowing that you’ll be able to stomach three bites of your food and then be done. Hopefully they can improve the quality of their ingredients or at least not leave them out at room temperature where they begin to spoil.

Jorge’s has and has always had terrific food in my opinion, but if you’re not of the hispanic persuasion, don’t even bother going in because in my experience, I get crap service every time, I hate to accuse them of this, but eh, it’s the truth. Get your food to go.
