Heff’s Burgers

I Love Heff’s. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should. Dont be put off by the location. You will definitely decide to go back.

This our second time to visit and I must say «very Impressive»!! The food, the atmosphere and most of all the staff. Friendliest establishment I’ve been too in a while. The only negative thing I have; get more sturdy utensils. The ones they use are cheap, small, difficult to use. But I don’t mind bringing my own fork

Atmosphere was wonderfull as well as the staffs attitudes for being at work on a saturday.
I was skeptical coming to Heffs as I was disappointed about how Burgers Frys and Cherry Pies turned out, but man Heffs proved my doubts wrongs!
I was a but worried about how long it took them to get out my order, with other restaurant experiences when my food takes a but to come out it’s usually cold. But my burger was perfect and the onion rings that were out on my burger were crisp and delicious. My tator twister things were hot and fresh, the tea was sweet and I was very satisfied about my experience. Again the only thing lacking was the time it took, but if it hand of been lunch time I’m sure I would of gotten it faster.
Heffs is definitely worth going to, and begin a bug eater the portion size was great, especially for the $ 10 I spent!

My burger was delicious and a very good size. It was very juicy and not dry at all. Workers were very nice.
2^nd visit– ordered a bucket burger, tator tots, fries and a cheeseburger. Everything was great, meat was juicy and fries and tater tots were not burned or over cooked like a lot of places. Great friendly customer service again. Love the customer service, that is worth coming back for. Very satisfied again.

Stopped here after a fellow teacher recommended it. Twister taters (I think that’s what they named them) were very close to the ones you can get at the state fair, and got a huge portion of them! Burger was very tasty and huge! Also got a teacher discount so I’ll definitely be back! Only downside was a 10 minute wait time for a to-​go order, but in the dinner rush it wasn’t bad!

Salad I had was very disappointing deciding if I will return, over priced for the quality of food.

My first and last time if u like a uncooked burger with a hair in the meat this is your place gross and nasty

The food was mostly tasty and the portions are hearty. However, there were so many issues with this visit. They gave my husband a burger with no patty. After noticing discrepancies between the menu and prices we were informed that the current menu on the wall that you order from and the paper ones being handed out were both incorrect. My daughter was short her food (2 chicken strips not 3), the dessert only came with half of the order (no ice cream) but full price. Unfortunately they did not execute my burger correctly, I asked for pickles on the side and they came on the burger. The twister fries were so covered in grease they were just about inedible. They did correct my husbands burger, they gave him a burger with a patty. Our dessert was cold and very dry, it was supposed to be a molten lava cake with ice cream. We received a cold dry piece of bad cake.
