Dee’s Bistro catered my Christmas Party on December 16. I can’t believe how great the food was! We had Bacon-​Wrapped Shrimp and Jalepeno Poppers, Brisket Sliders, and Beef & Chicken Quesedilla’s. Don’t forget the Nacho Bar, with Queso, Guacamole, Salsa, Black Olives, Black Beans, Tomato, Sour Cream and fresh Flour and Corn Tortillas. The food and the deserts were so good that my mouth is watering as I type. But probably the very best thing was doing business with Cathi Echols, co-​founder of Dee’s Bistro. She is SO Nice. Very low-​key, supremely competent and just VERY pleasant to work with. They did a great job. The prices for all was very reasonable. I fully intend to have an even larger Christmas party next year now that I know how pleasant and easy it is. And I will certainly call early to get on their schedule!

The food was very good here. The atmosphere was a bit strange, but again, the food was good; a very simple menu. The waitress was very nice and we got our food pretty quickly. Overall, a pretty good place for lunch. Looks like it may have been an old school or something. Pretty neat.

Fantastic ambiance, great food! Delicious spot for lunch! This Art Deco building would be a great venue for a reception or party. The staff is very courteous and the décor is charming.

First time at Dee’s. It was a great experience. The food was delicious and a great variety on the menu. Waitstaff was very attentive. Great place for a leisurely lunch or dinner. Building very interesting. Will be back to try all the things on the menu. A must place to dine in Odessa.

Last time I went there, there was a live bug on our table. Haven’t been back since. Usually the food is great but the wait is awful sometimes taking up to an hour to get what I ordered and sometimes it’s the wrong thing.

I love Dee’s! It is one of my favorite places to eat in Odessa. I usually get the Southwest Club and it is always fantastic! They provide build-​your-​own bruschetta for a light appetizer and it is wonderful. There are warm breadsticks and a chunky blend of tomatoes, olives and mozzarella cheese to scoop onto your bread. The dessert, oh the dessert, is just delicious! The white chocolate truffle is worth the trip to Dee’s alone! They always have fresh brewed fruit tea, as well.
Dee’s hosts a lot of events, although I’m not sure if they cater. I have been to wedding receptions there and had a chance to sample several of their additional menu items. The fruit salsa and cinnamon chips, which can also be purchased as an appetizer, is great. I’ve tried several of their soups, all of which were hot and tasty.
The ambiance is very nice as well. The building used to be a museum and Dee’s has retained some of the décor from it’s time as a museum, as well as adding their own. It is well designed and provides a pleasant dining experience. The service is outstanding, too. The servers are attentive and seem to get special requests right. I always know that when I decide to dine at Dee’s, I will have a great lunch!

Charming place for a luncheon!

This place is AMAZING! We just held our 20 year High School reunion here. Cathi and her gang took care of EVERYTHING. They knew exactly what we needed. The ambiance was outstanding. It has a trendy «old is new again» sort of feel that you might find in Austin or San Francisco. The food was outstanding as well. I can’t wait to come back and try their regular menu.
