I wish I could give this place zero stars. My husband ordered a $ 100 flower arrangement online and received a total of eight small carnations, two small roses and a bunch of greenery. I was so upset when he told me he had spent $ 100 and all I received was this sad plastic container with flowers. He went online and show me his receipt and a picture of what I was supposed to have gotten. I was extremely upset and told him to call the business. They had the worst customer service ever. Jessica was the person who answered the phone and we explained our dilemma and she said that there was nothing she could do. So we asked to speak to the manager who wouldn’t give us her name and she decided to hang up on us twice. When she finally decided to not hang up on us, we told the manager our problem and she said that the reason we got a $ 10 flower arrangement was because she ran out of flowers. She also claimed there was nothing she could do about it. I told her that I didn’t buy a $ 10 flower arrangement but a $ 100 and how was it OK that she could take my $ 100 and not give me what I paid for. It really got me upset and decided to go in person and speak to her. When I went to her business I showed her the flower arrangement that was delivered and the picture of what we were supposed to have received. All she kept saying was that they ran out of flowers and had to substitute with what she had. And she took away my flower arrangement that by the way was in a plastic vase. When I told her that the flowers weren’t even the slightest thing to what my husband had ordered online and I didn’t even have a glass vase. She said, «Oh! everyone likes plastic I don’t even know why you like glass.» Worst customer service ever. She ruined my first Mother’s Day. People are better off buying a flower arrangement from H-​E-​B or Walmart. This place will rip you off and tell you that you will have to deal with the party you ordered from. It’s the day before mother’s Day I have no flower arrangement because she took it away from me, I spent my whole morning arguing on the phone and I have no $ 100. Never again.

Ordered over the phone from Fort Worth yesterday. They were delivered to my friend today (as I requested) and are gorgeous! Very happy customer. Pricing was very reasonable. Added a picture so you can see what was delivered versus what the business posted. I’m very happy with them!

Don’t order from Awesome Blossoms if you expect your flowers to be delivered.
