Andalucia Villas Apartment Homes

These have been the absolute worst apartments that I have ever lived. They told us one move in date when it was supposed to be another, thankfully they were able to get us in on the date we were told. The parking is nothing short of a joke, unless you have a garage or covered parking you will sometimes literally not find a spot. In addition you can not have guests over past 9 pm unless you find a parking spot for yourself and then let them park in your garage/​covered parking to avoid having them towed at a rate of 300 – 400 dollars! We were told that we would have a curtesy officer that would be on site, there never was. The first 4 months of living here we had to listen to someone across the courtyard playing guitar, talking, and signing loudly. When we informed the office about this they responded that the apartment we were talking about had never had any complaints and nothing was done. My husband has gone over on several occasions and told them to keep it down because we have children sleeping. I have stood on the balcony and asked the same thing. These people are still very loud on occasion and have now installed a screen on their patio. The grounds are maintained well but that is about it, our apartment is disgusting the carpet reeks of pet urine, the bathtubs and surrounds are filthy. I have told them about 3 huge wasp nests multiple times with nothing done about them. At one point we had roaches, we have killed several black widows in our garages. The buildings are cheap and obviously just thrown up as quick as possible. The walls/​ceilings are so thin you can literally hear the apartment beside and above you using the restroom and flushing the toilet. My husband can hear the neighbors alarm go off every morning, the man the lives above us is clearly a yeti based on the sound of his walking. I could go on and on. But the straw on the camel is that since the office staff has changed other than Allie everyone is rude. I went in today to give my notice and pay rent. She obviously took my rent and told me the total including my water balance. However when it came time to handle the notice she walked over to the other girl and said she didn’t have time to handle it because someone was coming in to sign a lease. The other girl said well she couldn’t do it either, so I was then ask if I could email it to her instead. Rather than throwing a fit I agreed, had I known I needed I create an account just to even email them I would have done just that. Very very dissatisfied with the whole living experience.

This apartment is HORRIBLE! They will trick you out of getting your deposit back and charge you a $ 600 fee even if you give them a 30+ day vacancy written and verbal notification. The management office lack communication, the apartment complex is dirty and the maintenance is really slow. The management office members are rude and incompetent. Do not waste your hard-​earned money in this dump. I cannot believe this is how they conduct business.
