Paul’s Carpet & Furniture Cleaning

We just moved into a new house and hired Paul’s to do our furniture and area rugs. The technician was quick, professional and did a phenomenal job. I wish all of my service interactions were this good. Well done!

I have used Paul’s Carpet Cleaning in the past and had great results. I had a rental property that a hoarder lived in for 4 years. Ugly situation. Before I considered throwing the carpets, I had Paul’s come in and clean the carpets. They came out clean and best of all I was able to save the carpets as opposed to having to replace them. I would highly recommend using them for anything from routine cleaning to hard to resolve problems like mine.

I had a wonderful experience with a very messy situation on my carpet and couch! Paul’s Carpet Cleaning came to my house promply after a thermos exploded which contained rice soup! It went all over and smelt awful, but I was so relieved after they cleaned it and the smell was gone, because I really thought I would have to rip the carpet out. Thanks so much Paul’s Carpet!

If there was a negative star, I would select a negative star. There’s no professionalism and do not take customers serious. I scheduled an appointment for a carpet cleaning estimate, adjusted my schedule to meet with them at their time of availability, waited for several hours, and they never showed up. Then when calling their office to get an update regarding the appointment, they were very rude and was told to hire someone around my area. Really? Unbelievable!

I hadn’t had my carpets professionally cleaned since they were installed and I was going on about 7 years. (Yikes!, I know!) Also, some of the carpet on our second story was starting to buckle so we needed someone who could do some stretching, as well. I went on a friend’s recommendation and I am so glad I did.
They were extremely professional. I got people who work for Paul’s Carpet and Furniture Cleaning to come out to my home, not some contracted workers. Their staff all had years of experience and were very respectful. Now, I noted that I hadn’t had my carpeting cleaned for 7 years. The man who came out to clean my carpet told me about the treatment I could get to prevent stains (I have two children and a dog), but after seeing my carpets with how clean they were after all those years, didn’t try to push me to get the stain guard. He did give me a free bottle of stain remover that I could apply myself, though, in case I needed it! Nice! The carpet stretching turned out really well, too. I’ve waited a couple of months to write this review to make sure no problems returned with this, but it’s still perfect!
Great price. Great service. Glad there are still businesses like this out there…
