Very good pricing, employees are nice and laid back. Bought multiple firearms from them. Only four stars because I wish they had more inventory on hand

They do not follow posted hours and are rarely open.
Customer service is non-​existent.
Avoid.

I tried to place an order with this company over the phone. I was advised by Melissa that they had lost their credit card account and could only accept a money order for the gun I wanted to purchase. This should have been a HUGE red flag as to whether or not they were reputable. A monkey can get a Merchant Account these days.
Trusting what I was told, I put together a letter confirming my purchasing needs, and the following business day, I mailed off almost $ 1500.00 in USPS Money Orders.
I will just fast forward to 2 weeks later, and 8 voice mails, and numerous UNANSWERED emails to be told they sold the gun to someone else while my USPS Money Orders were waiting to clear!!! What a joke!
This company can’t be trusted to deliver what they say they have in stock, and even after you tell them in writing that you are sending them GUARANTEED FUNDS!
They have great online prices, but lack the inventory to back up the purchase.
I’m certain the retailer will reply with a laundry list of excuses, but I have no issue or axe to grind with these people except that they have $ 1,500.00 of my money, and refuse to tell me when I will receive my firearm.
They also said if I want a refund, that I will be charged a 25% fee on a «Cancelled» order. Well… I didn’t «Special Order» the gun, I was purchasing what I was told was in stock. Not my fault they can’t take credit cards, or keep inventory on hand for an order that was forced to be paid by mail!
