Friend of mine came in asking questions about bongs. Because he used the word bong the worker suggested it’s not the correct term for it and refused to serve him. I can’t believe they are still in business.

Yeah, as one reviewer mentioned dont use the term «bong «or they wont sell anything to you, wont make that mistake again cause I wont be back. Dont sell items you cant name or mention using it for something other than for tabacco. Total waste of time.

This store sells tons of pipes and anything you might need to hide, disguise and use your tobacco but dont dare ask for advice from staff on the detox kits they sell! If they hear you are going to use it for the very purpose it was designed for they will not sell it to you per store policy. Talk about a store policy based on hypocriticle thinking!
Wonder what they do when someone asks about the water pipes? If you have to go here for convenience please point and pay or you may leave empty handed.
I sent a friend here to help them out and now I am embarressed. Dont put a product on your shelf if you are against what its for!!! Idiots!
They have many locations and next time I am in town I will stay far away from Pipe Dreams! Sounds like they need to rethink the stores name!
Oh well, I will be sending them onto a much better store down the road.
