I lived on this property when this management company took over and management was horrible! They never took telephone calls, the never replied to emails, the hallway in my building was FILTHY. I went to the office and put in a work order to have the hallway cleaned and one of the leading agents stated that they already knew due to another tenant but nothing was never done about it. Not only was the hallway filthy it was something on the wall that was dripping from the third floor! The rent goes up every time you Renee your lease the want you to renew your lease four months before your lease expire, office staff is very nasty especially Tony, and Natalia that works in the front office. The head of maintenance is very nasty as well especially if he get an after hours call she he have to leave his personal life to come and take care of a work issue he even brought his lady with him and didn’t even pull in a parking spot he pulled behind my vehicle and was rude came into my apartment and didn’t speak. The blinds are cheap, so cheap that they would crumble on their own, I went to the office one Sunday to pay the rent they was closed they gave no notice that they would be closed on Sunday’s, I went to the office one day to pay the water bill age then was told that they would no longer accept checks or money orders for rent that I absolutely have to pay online through money gram with a fee, the counter tops was sprayed black and white specks was added they pulled sticky pieces of tile on the floor on The kitchen, bath, and laundry room the changes the faucet fixtures. When you go into the office to take care of anything they treat you as if your nobody once your a tenant. Tony, completely overlooked me and attempted to take someone ahead of me and the assistant office manage Dawn, had to tell him that I was there first even though he knew it! When I tell you this is the worst company to sign a lease with and these are not Luxury apartments you better listen! No, as a matter of fact you better RUN! The office manager is Nice Nasty! When LAT took over these apartments they did landscaping only in the front of the complex! That was to attract new tenants! Nothing was done in the back of the complex! The apartments are very expensive for the area and no amenities! I wish I could provide this complex with 0 Stars but Unilocal doesn’t have that option.

Worst customer service ever, totally unprofessional. I applied online got approved but my plans to move from out of state got delayed. Once I was ready to move forward with moving I spent more than a week calling and leaving messages for the leasing office on the property to call me because the calls kept getting routed to the property manager. Then I finally get someone on the phone and they were rude and didn’t care to try and help me. I also complained that I had been calling for a week and again they didn’t care only to say that when they were short staffed they didn’t answer calls. I asked to speak to the manager who didn’t want to bother speaking to me. I’m glad I finally moved on to another property because I’m sure I would not have been happy here at all. Horrible experience, they don’t even deserve one star.
