This company was wonderful in helping us move our office and set up our entire computer systems. We were fortunate that we were able to have an annual contract with them to oversee our IT as well. Great customer service came quickly and efficiently whenever there was a problem and resolved right away. Would definitely work with them again.

I had a miserable experience with this company. My boss and I almost lost jobs over a project where i-​Tech promised features to our CEO and CFO on a Cisco phone system. They did not clearly distinguish between features we had purchased, features that required additional investment and features that were promised in future releases. User training was included in our package. The trainer was condescending toward those of us who purchased the system and our end users. Employee turnover at I-​Tech was high and documentation sparse. We had to explain the phone system when we opened tickets. It was inefficient to use our support contract.
There must be better Cisco phone vendors in the area.
