Burger King

This particular location is known among the locals for being, well, awful. Several of my friends have acknowledged and subsequently boycotted the place. It’s a wonder I still try to go here at all, but I have come back thinking something might have been different after the remodeling. Every time, there’s usually no more than two people working visible, and my order always takes more than ten minutes to fill even if I’m the only customer in the building. Rarely am I greeted with a smile and the cashiers tend to have this «I just want to go home» attitude. This Burger King will always be known to Ocoee as slow, unprofessional, and unfriendly. The McDonald’s across the street has phenomenal fast-​food service, despite its busyness. There’s a reason it’s so busy, after all.

Pulled up at 11:35 and sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes being ignored. Pulled up to the window and checked the closing time which said midnight. A woman was crouched down near the register hiding from me. She finally realized I was not going away and unlocked to tell me they had everything shut down right now, sorry. I won’t be back. This location always had crappy service and was frequently out of certain food items. They recently shut down for about a month to remodel and had a grand reopening but things don’t seem to have changed much. They still seem to have very bad service and are too lazy to even stay open for their posted hours.

The new remodeling is the only good thing about this Burger King. The service was terrible even by fast food standards and the food was almost as bad. I usually like Burger King food but at this location We ended up throwing it away and going elsewhere.

As soon as I walk in the store, I should have walk out. The store smells really bad, it had some kind sour like smell. My chicken sandwich is a brick! The chicken is dark brown…

The food is not as bad as McDonald’s up the street but then all fast food places are bad, The burgers never look like the pictures. They are also cooked by kids who don’t really care what they are doing. Most of the time they are awful and the fries are too greasy!

I have to update this review. In the last month or two I have tried the place again and have received hot food and friendly service. So far so good. Keep it up
Good lord where does one even begin to describe
this place. There is a reason McDonald’s is a half block away kicking this burger kings ass up and down Ocoee.
I’ve been here a few times and its always been just bad. Fast forward a few months after my last bad meal and we come to tonight.
First there was a car parked blocking the driveway while the white shaniqua had her head sticking in it. It’s cool, ill hop the curb…
I came in to place my order and the poor lady taking it (white shirt, assume management) didn’t know how much change to give me. This is when the ghetto white girl from outside came back in being all loud and having a field day until a few seconds later when what appears to be her boyfriend came In and she had to pull him away from the counter into the dining room… probably casing the joint wondering why his chick had her head in someone’s car.
Got my food and got the hell out of there. I hope the owner reads this and for the love of all that is reality I have zero clues why I’m the first to post. Mr or Mrs owner… fire your staff. They don’t care about me, any other customer and you of all people. They are going to cause you to go out of business. Send them to McDonald’s for training on how to at least act somewhat professional and not like a bunch of rift rafts
