3 years ago Heidi worked with us to find a home that fit our needs perfectly, helped us find financing that worked with our budget, and educated us about the home-​buying process.
We only put 10% down, so PMI was in our future for 7 years. Although we could afford the payments, we were tired of paying PMI after 3 years and the interest rates had dropped enough to make us consider refinancing.
We worked with another broker who rejected us and said none of his 40 plus lenders had a program that fit us. We went back to Heidi and she ran the numbers for us. She was able to wipe out our PMI and reduce our interest rate, saving us several hundred dollars each month. It looks like we will be able to afford braces and college for the kids!
