Yikes. Gross. Dirty. I should have left. We waited 7 min before someone even came up to the cash register so we could order. Must have been very understaffed. Food took another 10 – 15 to make. Meanwhile all tables were filthy. Trash all over the floor.

So I go here quiet often don’t know why I keep going I love the food but they always forget to put something in my bag. Today I pulled up to the drive through. No body was behind me and I got a phone call so I talked for like two minutes before I ordered and I get to the window I paid and before they handed me my food they switch to some girl who was really rude told me they are on a timer to not be on the phone she would appreciate it they have to keep some kind of green light !!! No body was behind me in line this girl was really rude and then top it off they forgot again to put something in my bag and I asked nicely for it as she rolled her eyes at me and gave it to me !!! I said thank u and no response from her ! Ha! Wow ! She shouldn’t be allowed to serve people with that kind of attitude ! Ridiculous !!!

This is the dirtiest place I have been to in a long time. Table are dirty, the floor is dirty. The people here sit and just talk in the back and act like they don’t here you. I haven’t wrote a review in a long time. But this dirty Taco Ball was worth my time. One word, NASTY!

Best customer service at the drive thru window. The young lady that has taken my order the last few times I have been there deserves«Kudos» for her professionalism. She always greets me with a hello when taking my order, a smile when giving me my order & a thank you before leaving. Thank you for the great service!

All I wanted was chips and nacho cheese. Even told the lady to charge me more if that was easier. But apparently they couldn’t figure out how to pour enough cheese on.chips. they put maybe a table spoon(at the most) of cheese on the chips. Poor customer service-which is by now sorta expected. Its bad enough eating at taco bell, you’d think they might a well make it a half way decent experience???

drove thru on a whim for their $ 1 menu. I ordered the nachos w/no beans & the fritos beef burritos. both hit the taco bell spot :) drive thru seemed efficient, I was in & out within a few minutes & my food was piping hot.

I don’t expect much from Taco Bell but I come to this Taco Bell like 2 or 3 times a week after work, I freaking love Taco Bell but tonight I almost flipped my lid because first off the girl at the drive thru literally barely helped me she said hi how are you and I said good and you and she actually said” yea so what do you want” I knew in this instant my regular nice Taco Bell women(Maria) was not working so I ordered she kept getting it wrong and repeating it I me wrong FINALLY she gets it right and was like«go to the 2nd window» so yea I get there give her my card and she’s like yelling and making weird noises and everyone else who’s working is being kind of a douche too and then after sitting there for like 5 mins in the drive thru this lady just comes up and is like«here’s your food» doesn’t say anything else they are all laughing and still being very annoying, that being said you really pissed me off tonight Taco Bell workers and thanks for ruining my night after I got off a 10 hour shift, I just wanted some glorious Taco Bell but instead I got taco hell.

Taco bell food is just taco bell food. This location has plenty of parking and is close to the freeway, which makes it very convenient. The bathrooms are clean, and the service is friendly. The only downside are the number of interesting characters that like to hang out at this location. Just a little strange.

I ordered a burrito with no sour cream and there was sour cream in it. Ordered three fresco tacos and instead got three standard tacos. Just think of your order as a dice roll. you only have a chance of getting what you wanted. My luck wasn’t very good because everything I ordered was wrong excluding the soda. This place gets 1 star for getting the soda right.

Not trying to be racist here, but if your not hispanic… might want to stay away from this place. Low-lit parking lots and a dreary interior. Travel another mile and go to one in a better neighborhood.

My friend and I received coupons in the newspaper for a free limeade sparkler and free margarita frutista freeze. We went to this taco bell that same day to use the coupons and grab a snack. When we showed the clerk the coupons she said«Oh we don’t take those» I asked why and she said it was because they are a franchise location(as opposed to a location owned by the corporation). I asked her if she was sure because it did not say«at participating locations» or anything similar on the coupon. She said she was sure. I ordered something else but was still baffled that they would not take the coupon. I asked for the store manager but only the shift manager was there and she didn’t say anything to me or even turn around to look at me. I asked for the corporate number(found it later online, 1−800-TACO BELL) and nobody knew it. After trying unsuccessfully to find the corporate number, the clerk informed me «we’re just going to take the coupons because we don’t want to be rude.» At this point we had already ordered and received sodas and food. Later that night I called the number on my receipt to see if they were in fact accepting the coupons. The store manager was very unprofessional, told me they took 39 coupons the night before so I must be mistaken(maybe they started taking them after we were there?). Then he put me on a long hold to take someone’s order. I eventually hung up. I called customer service and spoke to a nice woman with a heavy Indian accent. She assured me the district manager would call me within 3 days. It has been 2 weeks and still no call. The situation isn’t a big deal but how it was handles indicates a serious lack of concern for their customers not only at the franchise, but at the corporate level. Another issue is that the promotions are clearly not being communicated effectively to all employees before they are scheduled to begin which turns into a hassle for customers. Had this been handled in a satisfactory way, I would have been happy to return to this location but because of the lack of concern at all levels I am hesitant to return to this location, or any Taco Bell for that matter. The food was ok, not breathtaking but not bad either.
