Excellent experience! I came in on a Thursday around 2:30pm, checked in online, and was sitting with my stylist, Francis, in no time. She gave me a wash, cut, and blow dry for $ 33 (w/​o tip). The wash was very thorough and she used all Enjoy professional products which smell amazing and are very high quality. Both my wet cut (trim and long layers) and blow dry were very well done — especially considering my long, naturally wavy, thick hair which tends to be difficult to style for some hair stylists. I will be returning and recommend.

The Oceanside Super Cuts store manager, Jason Hauser, is a hidden gem. He delivered an exceptional, well crafted pixie cut. My tween left absolutely transformed, and has been beaming ever since. Thank you Jason for helping my tween with such joyful self expression. We will be happy to return.

Can’t say enough good things about Angel for cut, color, blow-​dry and eyebrow wax. In the past I’ve paid $ 350 for a cut and color that isn’t as half as good. High end quality at Supercut prices. Angel is FABULOUS.

My hair looks fabulous! Angel did a beautiful job. I have curly, big hair that has not been manageable with the humid weather. First she washed and conditioned my hair and nearly knocked me out to sleep with a head massage. Then, she cut long layers keeping the length of my hair. She blew dried it out and topped it with a light finishing spray. My hair hasn’t looked this good in a long time! I feel so beautiful right now!!!

Dani gave me the best haircut I have had in years. Refreshing to see someone who does their best, and she did it so casually, you could tell doing her best is her standard.

I had such a great experience the last time I was here so I thought I would make an appointment with the same stylist Cynthia (she had tattoos and super blonde hair so I couldn’t forget her) I was told she no longer works there but after asking around I FINALLY found her!!! She is at the fantastic SAMs on melrose in vista. I can’t wait to call and make an appointment so if Anyone else loved her like I did then call there.

I have never walked out in the middle of a haircut until today… I will never go to this or any supercuts ever again. the person cutting my hair had not been trained correctly.

Hidden gem !! Cynthia is my stylist not only does she always give a great cut but she work wonders when it comes to color I always change my color and she always make it work and now my mom and hubby go to her highly recommend !!

Great costumer service. I come very often. As a marine it’s hard to find someone that can do fades. But Cynthia has done the best fade I have ever gotten. I know bring my wife and kids to get are hair done by Cynthia.

Melissa has done an outstanding job again! She is a fav of ours and we always wait for her, she has never given us bad haircuts.

Agree, appointments don’t matter… made an appointment for my son at 3:00…30 minutes later still sitting here. Not sure why they offer the service if they cannot meet the commitment.

Im very picky when it comes to cutting my hair and 99% of the time I cut my own hair since no barber or stylist has caught my eye as a keeper.
I wanted to have my hair a certain way and I was very descriptive when I told her and she nodded her head confirming like she knew. My stylist wasnt talkative which is fine by me and I got this weird vibe that she couldve had a bad day.
Well my haircut was finished and I wasnt happy about it, and since so much hair was cut off their wasnt much else to improve than to just let it grow.
Even after it was finished she didnt ask how I liked it, she just went straight to the register waiting for me to pay. Luckily I had a card and I didnt leave any tip since customer service seemed to be non existence to her.
Overall, I wouldnt come here for any haircut.
Ive found better places by the beach and ive been going there since.
If you dont care about how your haircut is, then this is perfect for you.

Appointments do not matter. They will make you wait. It’s a bust if you got plans.

I went there today and this lady Kelly worked on me, she gave me attitude from the start, I asked her to cut a inch off the top of my 2inch long hair, she said you wanna use a 5… WTF is a 5 to me, I am not a hair stylist, How is it that anyone can understand that simple request, she ended up cutting most of my hair off! Then half way through she stops checks in a customer (taking 5mins) I got hair in my shirt and I’m like can you finish your work before you start something else. I wanted to yell at her but decided to write a review, I’ve made it my mission to get the manger and to give me my money back!

I know I’ve got a good haircut when I don’t even *want* to Strighten my hair for a few days after getting it. Ashley did a great job and really listened to me when I told her what I wanted.
Signed up online for the $ 2 coupon. Two days after I spent $ 21 on my cut (including tip), I found my great clips coupon for a $ 13 haircut. Damn. Oh well. long hair always costs more anyway.
Even though I’m from Oside, I got lazy and GPSed it. Because that’s what GPS does to me, when really it would have taken about five seconds to look at a map and go, oh ok, its in the college Walmart shopping center. but no. I flicking GPSed it. And my GPS took me on a wild ride throughout Frazee and back down College. if you run into the same problem, just know supercuts is in the Walmart center.
yes, there was a bit of merchandising, as one would expect, but it was very low-​to-​no-​pressure, and it was a product that was on sale and would have been a fantastic deal if I hadn’t been strapped. ill be back!

The economy is tough right now and paying $ 60 – 100 for a haircut is no longer on my list of priorities.
I have seen recent commercials for Target/​WallMart selling haircutting kits for moms to use on their kids/​husbands. What about an easy kit for women.
Supercuts is a great deal for me!
I went to this Supercuts and asked for a trim. It looked great! The girl was nice and pleasant. She listened to me and cut just enough.
The only dreadful draw back is the sales pitches on products: I hate it when they try to sell you so many products! The whole conversation is about pushing products on you. I have to ignore that and just say no, no, no, no thanks, no, I don’t need any products, I say thank you and run out of there paying only 15.95+ tax!
