Sunset Village

If i could give no stars I would. No one in the office seems concerned. however I hope tenant’s see this because they have a right to now. My new SUV was stolen directly from the parking lot in broad daylight. Onstar located it in Mexico. No surveillance here and no witnesses. I no longer feel safe in the community. We’re supposed to have security? Obviously thats not working out.

You know it’s bad when an apartment complex gets 1 star when you haven’t even started renting from them… and now, won’t rent from them. I had an appointment today and when i walked up to the office they were closed with a note that said they were out to lunch. Just as I was about to leave, a lady from the leasing office walked in, so I went in and when I told her my name and that I had an appointment she looked surprised and asked what for. Well, a 2 bedroom… (Did my appt not get booked? Mind you, I made it over the phone just 2 days ago) anyways, she tells me that she has no 2 bedrooms available and begins to hand me info on 1 bedrooms. Well I have twins on the way, and that’s not going to work, I told them that on the phone when I booked my appt. Why couldn’t they call me to cancel rather than wasting my time, I could’ve scheduled in another appt in their place. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

My husband and i have lived here for a yr and some months my husband was also deployed at the time and i was in tx looking for apartments his friend had mentioned to look these and up and they are amazing cindy the manager helped me with everything even being in texas and she attended to what ever needs needed to be met! beautiful kitchen wonderful to have full size washer and dryer and you don’t have to pay for water trash or sewer! Also everything is around you walmart albertsons the 78 petsmart kohl’s exc… moving back here again once my husband returns back from this deployment

Clean living, quiet area, very close to the 78, shopping and restaurants. My only dislike is parking, you get 1 spot assigned and a garage which isn’t bad for the price but if your having guests over park down the road. The staff is amazing and willing to work with you on any issues you may have.

Proximity to the 78 and I-​5 make this complex a contender. As you’d expect with any apartment complex, the walls are thin so ease up on the yelling. But you get a garage and a parking space so that gives you something to yell about right? Just don’t over do it.
The community pool is large and comes equipped with a large gas grill. There’s also a small fitness center that will meet your cardio needs but will not supplant any current gym membership.
Units are equipped with large closets and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom (s). If you like to cook with gas in your kitchen, then keep searching. But if you like having a washer/​dryer in unit, then maybe you’ll reconsider? No central air, but there is a wall a/​c unit in the living room and a wall heater in the bedroom (s).
It’s a decent complex, a little high on price, but you do get a garage w/​opener and an in-​unit washer/​dryer.
