Seaview Apartments

We love this place
Me and my wife have been living here for 3 years and we love it here. The place is clean and quiet. My wife will never leave, she the loves the view up here over the ocean, you can see Laguna Niguel, Dana Point and on clear days you can see Catalina Inland. The walking path up here along the ridge is fantastic. We often go for walks just before dusk to see the sun set. They just finished painting the buildings and it looks great. The rent is a little high, but no more than any where else in the area. Since we have been here, every year we renew our lease they give us a gift certificate for a restaurant or we can get the carpet cleaned. They did have a problem with the dog owners here, but they seem to be cleaning up after them self now. As far as amenities they have washer and dryer hook ups and dish washers, a pool and hot tube, and for those who would rather do there laundry outside there is a laundry room next to the pool. The only thing missing is a workout room, we have been trying to convince them to get one. Since there sister property down the street has a really nice one, but they want everyone to go down there. No one wants to drive down the street or walk all the way down there. If your looking for a place, I suggest you give them a try.
