Probably the only pagan based store I know in North County San Diego. This place is small but incredible; they used to be located in Leucadia/Encinitas but since relocated in Oceanside for the past few years. You are encouraged to touch everything in the store, including the crystals behind the glass cases. Kat — the store owner — is super friendly, personable, generous, and warm. She is also very knowledgeable and does the Tarot readings for the place. She teaches classes too, both on Tarot and Wicca. I have to stress again that I’m not Wiccan, although I do respect their beliefs and philosophies(and a lot of Wiccans I’ve met were just plain cool and nice). Also interesting are the unique herbs, mojo bags(felt or leather), and other merchandise that have a Wiccan slant to them. I have not been able to find these anywhere except for maybe Lady of the Lake. I will admit, they’re *slightly* pricier for their herbs compared to other places, but it’s really not by much(and it really doesn’t matter considering I live in North County, anyway). There is also resin/powder incense(which I think is VERY hard to find considering most places offer the stick/charcoal type), candles, used books(something I’ve only seen in a couple other stores), Tarot cards, candles, and jewelry. There are some unique art pieces you might not be able to find anywhere else. Definitely stop by here; it is well-worth the visit(plus when you’re done with this place, there’s a really cool bead/gem store next to them: D). They’re closed on Mondays, though, but be sure to check them out for the other days of the week.
