Dr Pezeshk (Dr. «P») is a wonderful, insightful, caring therapist! She is both extremely brilliant and easy to relate to, which is a rare combination. I highly recommend her services and would feel confident referring her to anyone I know.

I’ve had many therapist in my life. They have all been really good at there jobs and helped me as much as they could. However, after my very first meeting with Dr. P, I knew I would never have a better therapist or even want another therapist. She is the epitome of what an amazing psychologist should be like. Not only is she an angel on Earth, she gets to the root of the problem by asking the RIGHT questions, which requires you to truly be honest with yourself even if it the answer is something you don’t want to hear. I’ve never had so much insight about myself. Yes I have a long road ahead, but that’s ok. She has given me so many tools to use and has given me the confidence to achieve something great in my life. It’s a lot of work but it’s completely worth it. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been happy but now I walk on clouds all day because I’ve learned that I need to be honest with myself, I’m learning how to manage my mental illness, and like I said before, she is an angel walking this earth.
I would definitely recommend Dr. P if you are ready to grow, ready to love yourself, ready to just be the best you that you are capable of being. I understand now that I am a worthwhile human being, even though I have stumbled in the past and will do so in the future because I have CBT and DBT skills in my toolbox and you bet I am using them.
