Great Valentine presentation Mrs. Lila G. It is not a wonder to understand why this Ralph’s Florist is «Top Rated» among other stores; same or the competition. Keep doing amazing arrangements.
With a staff boasting the likes of (Front End-​Maggie, Javi, Stephanie, Nina x2, Katey, Alyssa, Jazzmine),(Produce– George, Bob & Erica), and (Deli & Bakery– Cristina, Tonya, Kaitlyn, Francis) makes for happy customers in my opinion.

Great staff, very friendly. They have self check out which is very convenient when you want to grab something quickly.
I was assisted by a lovely young lady named Rachel in the deli department, she was very friendly and made the interaction great!
The pharmacist Kathy is wonderful and very helpful.
Alyssa a cashier is very friendly and always has a positive attitude.
The entire staff is always willing to help.

I’m a vegetarian, so for me the produce department is everything –And this place has tremendous variety, including a very large selection of organic fruits and vegetables. The produce staff is very friendly and obliging. The rest of the store is very good, with great selection and better-​than-​average prices for this area.

The idiot at the cashier was scrambling at her stupid booklet and then told me I can’t use my VALID CANADIAN DRIVER’S LICENSE to get a bottle of champagne. I have been using the same photo ID since I’ve come here with no problem at all anywhere I went. I’ve even purchased alcohol at the SAME LOCATION with the SAME PHOTO ID without a problem. What a ‘lovely’ Christmas gift! Thanks Ralph’s! I WILL NEVER BUY STUFF FROM YOU AGAIN. This is such an insult.

Okay, everything having to do with food is subjective. That being said, I did a stupid thing today and shopped the Deli while hungry. Here’s what I found that was so bad (as far as I’m concerned) I needed to tell someone. 1) I don’t know what recipe they are using for meatloaf but pls asked for a sample bite before you buy. Just awful. 2). Dumplings (from the sushi dept) and this is my fault because they were fish and I was expecting pork. (I Should be more aware.)Too «fishy» to eat. I felt some other things were marginal but not worth mentioning. I really liked the chicken salad! So there u have it. Besides this — employees are very friendly and it is a beautiful store. Just taste before u buy. They don’t mind.

Okay, let me preface this review by saying that I wouldn’t have thought about Unilocaling a grocery store until today! I just recently started to frequent this location due to a recent job change. So, let’s break down why this place is so great!
First, the place is always clean — I mean it not only looks good, but it smells good too! I’ve been in stores (Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s) where this isn’t always the case! But this location looks like a niche type grocery store and not necessarily a chain!
My bank is inside the store — UBOC! This is very convenient for me! Usually, I see Wells Fargo, Chase, etc., but to have UBOC right there makes this place another star up!
I went in today at lunch time to order a cake for a special work event tomorrow. Normally, there is a 24 hour time frame (I needed the cake tomorrow morning at 0900), but the bakery person who took my order was SUPER sweet (no pun intended)! She nailed what I needed and was pleasant about it, no attitude, no «well you’re past the 24 hour cut off», just we’ll take care of it for you! With a smile!
Then I decided to get a sandwich. The deli lady was great. The lettuce didn’t meet «her» standards, so she went back and brought out a whole new batch! It was great! She was so personable and actually cared about what she was doing! What a change, she looked like what she was doing was more than just a job!
Definitely a great place to shop!

I live 5 minutes away so this marketplace is very convenient for me to go to!
The staff are super nice and helpful!!! I haven’t came across anyone who is rude or not willing to help!
Although two different times they forgot to put some merchandise in my bag so I make sure before I leave the parking lot if I have everything in my trunk. It is kind of a pain but you don’t want to have to drive back to pick up whatever they forgot.

I love coming here for their sushi. It’s always fresh and made on the spot in many occasions. I recommend you get their Crunchy Shrimp Roll and their Dragon Roll which is called Rainbow Roll for some reason. It’s better than getting sushi at a ⁷⁄₁₁ or going to a sushi restaurant and spending a lot of money.

Best grocery store chain in SoCal. This location is one of the best I’ve been to, clean, well stocked, friendly staff and in a great safe location.

My go to grocery store. Always good customer service. The staff is always super friendly. Lots of parking and great deals!

Still 1 star. Came in today and was in the meats department and saw a pack of little franks sausages that were BLUE from how expired they were. So gross. Also I purchased some of their new Mexico Tres Leches… it was disgustingly spoiled. Such a bad bitter taste to it. Overall, I try to avoid going here for these type of things. sad for such a nice staffed place and just down the street.

I love this Ralph’s and wish it was closer to my house! This location is beautiful and everything is top notch.

Vons and their Pavilions upgrades most would consider to be at the top of the non specialty grocery food chain, but upon further analysis I think Ralphs as a whole is actually the higher end market. LOCATION is key.
Many grocery stores within such close proximity to houses, apartment complexes and freeways aren’t nearly this nice, clean, well stocked, well lit and varied in products.
Albertsons is more known for their bakery and deli case.
If it wasn’t for convenience to Albertsons or the pridce savings you can find at Stater Brothers I would shop exclusively at Ralphs for my non specialty grocery needs.
Redbox, Coinstar and cheap liquor. Like all groceries, expensive beer, but a healthy wine selection. Parking could be better.
Protip: if you are entering Northbound on Old Grove flip a u turn and enter much closer to the store versus winding around the parking lot.

Spectacular customer service and grub from their deli section this morning. No gripes at all. Lady who prepared my sandwich should be promoted. The sandwich was too perfect. Thanks lady!

This is my favorite Ralph’s in Oceanside! I always feel very welcome every time I shop here. The service customer is wonderful & there is always a staff member around to ask questions. I have three staff member that I appreciate the most here at this Ralph’s. My favorite cashier is Annalisa, the florist manger Stephanie & Jonah is my absolute favorite Courtesy clerk! He is always helping me with my bags.

Plus: The employees are super nice and helpful! Parking lot is big and they have car shopping carts for kids.
DownFall: They are usually out of alot of items we need on a weekly basis. So being that Ralph’s is our closest grocery store it can be frustrating when you need something and they’re out!

Meh… It’s a grocery store. What’s to say? All they need to do is sell the stuff I want and have it in stock when I want it. Only problem is they tend to fail in both areas. I find myself heading up the 76 to VONS more than I like. These guys need to get their act together. Seriously! How are you going to be out of my Home Pride wheat bread and ground beef and frozen French toast sticks on the same visit???

A good clean Ralph’s.
