Friendly, professional and efficient !!!

Usually love this place. This time was the last unfortunately, the hotdog pizza sucked, its hard to say pizza sucks but man I’m so disappointed. I was stoked when they redid their menu I loved the sriracha drizzle and the ijustine is hands down the best thing I have ordered from pizza hut, after this can’t do it.

Make sure not to forget to ask for plates, pepper, and cheese if you need it as they will not offer it voluntarily. Well they did give me 3 packets each of pepper and cheese for 3 large pizzas.

I saw so many negative reviews that I was hesitant to order from this location. But, desperate times…
It was actually great! I called, and Mike answered, and he was SO friendly. Great customer service.
I got the pizza right on time or even earlier and it looked and tasted great. Yum
Ignore the negative reviews and give this location a chance.

I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas today. 12÷19÷14. Pizza came very promptly and was pretty good. Problem was I was charged once for $ 18 and change then again for over $ 100. When I called the store the manager on duty would not even speak to me. When I asked the employee named Vince, what are you gonna do to make me happy?. He told me that they cancelled the 100 dollar transation for me. Are you for real? You did not do that for me. You did that for you! Having just moved to the area and having the «pizza jones» at least twice a month looks like Payton Manning and Papa Johns will be the ones unless this store can figure out how to deal with a very unhappy customer and a horrible experience. Advice. You guys should of voided both transations. Then at least you would of had a 50 – 50 chance. Would be 0 stars if allowed.

Im specifically making a Unilocal account because of how TERRIBLE this place is! If i could give NO STARS I WOULD, I ordered a pizza today (10÷14÷14) at 3:15pm. I waited until 4:30 to call this pizza hut location to ask where my pizza was. The man on the phone said the driver named RYAN just left and he was on his way, so I waited patiently. By now its 5:15 and my pizza still isn’t here so i call again they tell me that my ordered has been delivered and the driver is already back. Come to find out the driver delivered my pizza to the WRONG apartment. When I asked who opened the door they said a man and on their website they say the customer has to present the card they used to buy the pizza. Apparently the driver neglected to do this because my name is marissa and the person wouldn’t of been able to produce a credit are in my name and I’m a WOMAN NOT a MAN. He then gave the random man my food that i payed for and CREDIT CARD INFORMATION that is on the receipt. They did «void» the transaction but that doesn’t solve anything. Thank you pizza hut for the biggest headache known to man!

The manager was very rude and has no customer service skills. This is the worst location and don’t want to order from this location ever again.

Matthew was very funny and nice. Its rare finding customer service like that anymore!

This is a pick up or delivery location. They have improved on their customer service. The pizza has always been good and delivery time has been good timing.
The location is convenient for us this will be a keeper on our pizza list. Keep up the good work!

This is not a fantastic location. The last time I ordered from this place I requested our pizza to be cooked «well done». It said that even on the label of the pizza box but… it was not well done at all. Not only that but toward the middle the pizza dough was actually raw and sticky. :(We didn’t order extra toppings or anything (often a cause of poorly cooked pizzas) so I was very disappointed they couldn’t get that right, or even edible.
I don’t know if I’ll try this store again if I’m craving Pizza Hut.

Sooo good! Last time it sucked and I haven’t ordered in a long time but im glad we did. It was all perfect, super fast, yummy
