Oil Exchange Quick Lube

Got my oil changed today on my 2012 Chevy Camaro. They told me it only takes a certain type of oil. That would be $ 15 more. So I said fine. Then when I got to the register they started telling me all this extra stuff they did… totaled $ 67.00

Most incompetent lube techs I have ever encountered. Starting off i told the tech (Daniel I think was his name) NOT to remove my oil change reminder window sticker he immediately walks over there rips it off the window and says «why, what’s wrong with it?» Seriously I just effing told you explicitly NOT to remove it. I also requested that my windshield wipers be replaced. Then I was asking him about the transmission flush they do because my truck has a special transmission in it and he said they have a machine that plugs into the transmission cooler lines (which is what my truck needs) so I agreed to the service. I walk back into the office of theirs and see him wheel around the flush vacuum that plugs into the dip stick and pulls all the old transmission fluid out through that. And i said «wait what are you doing?» he replied back «about to flush your transmission.» dumbfounded I said that’s not what I agreed to I wanted the flush done through the transmission lines. I replied back «oh, we don’t have that machine, we dont do that here.» I told him not to perform that service. Eventually (actually rather quickly) they finished working on my truck and came in to the office said I was ready to go. They typed up the invoice and it didn’t have my windshield wipers on it. Already frustrated with the company I didn’t even want to argue about it. I pay, get in my truck to leave and sure enough my old wipers are still there. as I drive away I noticed they also somehow managed to get my entire dashboard covered (and be covered I mean there was pools of it sitting there) with what I think is windex as I went around a corner it all sloshed into one of my dashboard speakers shorting it out and blowing the fuse for my radio. I have yet to see if their carelessness will cause anymore problems in the future with all the wiring under the dash. When I got home I was worried about my truck because my oil pressure was through the roof, I pulled the dip stick and they over filled it by about 3 quarts of oil. Long story short, your vehicle is better off not having an oil change than going here. Stay away from this scam of a business.

An oil change for my Camry has never been $ 81! On the positive side, there was no wait. I’m used to paying about $ 40 but they told me here that I need full synthetic, I put off the oil change too long as it is, there goes $ 81 ! Good customer service though. I’ll go to my regular mechanic for my next oil change

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Oil change for my full size truck with regular oil was $ 45. I went on an off time so it wasn’t that busy, took about 30 minutes. Did a good job and I will definitely be back!
