Total Sh*t Sh*w if you’re starving I recommended cutting your own wrists and drinking your own blood then going to this place.

This review is only for the drive thru during the early morning. I usually go here between 6 and 6:30am. The staff is friendly and attentive. There is usually a breakfast special offer and coffee is usually $ 1 for any size.
I have had no problems and I get my food quick and easy.

The worst mcdonalds ever… I ordered the jalepeno burger the jalepenos were at best two days old… hard and crunchy… Horrible. The staff is rude, they were more worried about their own food then the food of the customers… Stale fries, horrible experience. Traveling further, when I get the urge, but thanks to the oceanside store, I no longer really get that craving anymore… YUK YUK YUK… Then I have to give a STAR… FOR WHAT

Every single time I go for an ice cream cone they are out. And one time they told me they had it and gave me a yogurt instead. Really? Horrible, miserable drive through. Save your time and drive somewhere else for any craving your having.

Well McDonald’s service rep did not have the decency to call me back, they sent me a lame email apologizing that’s it! no coupons no phone call nothing I’m not surprised this establishment is run the way it is, just abysmal!

On June 2^nd, 2014, my boyfriend visited this location to purchase food. As my receipt state 2:11AM in which the food was order, he ordered 1 Kids Meal 6 Piece Chicken Nuggets meal, Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch, and a Medium fry. As there was no line the food took up to 10 minutes. He arrived home in approximately 5 min as McDonalds is around the corner from our home. While opening the bag both orders of fries were cold as well as the chicken for the salad. I immediately drove over to this location, as I waited an additional 10 minutes. I waited at the window as well as the main screen, before calling the location asking if I can place my order. While sitting at the window I saw a guy walk right pass without acknowledging me. Now it has been about 15 minutes, he came to the window I handed him my recipe and stated my food was cold. He then told a women and she came to the window telling me that the food was fresh and she wasn’t going to give me fresh food because its now 2:50AM nor was she going to give me a refund. She then took the food and never returned to the window, I called the store 3 times and no one answer. As I saw a guy and a baby in the store who clearly doesn’t work there, I beeped the horn several times as the guy saw me and continued to ignore me. She later returned to the window asking me «what is it that you want me to do» I told her «simply remake the food or give me a refund» she said «there’s no fresh chicken for the salad» and returned to the window with a refund. Which clearly states that she knowingly gave me uncrushed food but insisted that the food she had given me was fresh. Far by the worst customer service I have ever received !

I wish I could give this place no stars, but I have to give them something.
The nicest way I could describe this McDonald’s is saying how horrible it is. The night crew is awful.
No matter what time you get there, something you order will be «out of stock,» which is their way of saying, «We don’t want to make it right now.» This has been going on for years, and it’s really bad.
In addition, they really like to take their time and make you wait. I once ordered two pies and it took them 10 minutes to give me my food at the drive thru after I paid. I was the only one there, and it was fully staffed inside. A lot of them were just standing there. By the time I received my food, there were four cars lined up behind me.
My friends also complain about them messing up their orders. For example, I had a friend order a McFlurry, and the crew decided to «mix it by hand» (aka: dump the mix-​in on the top and leave it there) instead of using the McFlurry machine.
One time I tried to do two orders at the drive thru. I asked them if it was okay, and the woman working it sighed in anguish and then said, «What do you want?» Then immediately said, «Wait, no. We can’t do that. You’re going to have to go inside.» I’ve placed multiple orders in my car before, and while I understand it’s company policy that they have the right to deny any customer they want, they didn’t have to be rude about it. All we wanted to do was give them more business.
So don’t go here. It’s seriously the worst. It’s been bad for years, and it’s never gotten better.

No one here speaks English so when I tried to complain the dumb teenager working the drive thru pretty much ignored me and the Spanish woman at the second window ignored me and acted like she didn’t understand me. They gave me the wrong food and charged me more for what I ordered. I will never go here again.

Regular McDonald’s with an awesomely large and colorful play area with a bunch of tubes for kids to crawl in and out of.
It’s a clean McDonald’s with pictures of flowers on the walls.
This is a great McDonald’s for kids but if you’re a soulless adult like I am and prefer to listen to silence instead of the sound of a child’s laughter then it’s probably best you get your pink slime with fries to go or through the drive-​thru.

Do I have to give a star. This is by far the worse location I have frequented. I have been to locations throughout the world. I find it odd but it’s the state of affairs on the US. Tell me why in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shanghai they speak English. In Oceanside NY this location no one did. I give my order she repeats in Spanish 3 times guess what still wrong. I as for it to be corrected. Well took them so long breakfast was over.
It’s a line the cashier takes a coworkers order on another register. Them she starts to change menus to lunch and ignored customers.
I order a new meal on lunch as breakfast over. Still wrong I Ask for crew leader or manager I am told try later.

their late night staff is just pathetic. Corporate management must provide some customer service trainings. I fully undeerstand this is Mcdonalds and customer service is obviously not mandatory for fast food factories, but these late night employees do not even seem like they could deliver even the lowest levels of customer service, if need be. Totally brainless employees who obviously overdosed on Big Macs through out their prestigious professional careers.

This is an okay, sorta spacious McDonald’s. The seats seem newer. There’s tvs playing the news. There’s a playplace for the children. Last time I came here the service was pretty slow at times. It was better than some other McDonald’s I’ve been to, but not impressive. Except, I do want to know; what is the deal with the fireplace???

This place used to be the greatest McDonalds known to any of my friends, but now there is a real piece of work running the night crew. Straight up lies about the ice cream machine being broken or being down. Listen man i know that thing stays on till 5, you just dont want to walk over and make it. Ive complained multiple times to their corporate office, nothing has changed.
The meals have been getting worse and worse, sometimes you get the meals cold, the fries are either over salted or theres no salt at all. Writing this review is only hurting my already damaged heart. I miss you Oceanside McDonalds.
