Lotus Den Too

This is a great little find! I happened to be walking by and scheduled an appointment with Emily. She did an amazing job with my blonde which has proved to be a challenge for several other stylists! And the haircut was the best I’ve had in years. Been getting compliments left and right!

I have been to LDT a a handful of times and the air temperature has never been comfortable. Now it is absolutely unbearable. The lack of air conditioning/​climate control needs to be addressed by ownership. I’m certain other clients are just as uncomfortable, it simply cannot be just me. Aside from the clients, how can it be expected for the stylists to be at their best in these kind of conditions? I really feel sorry for them and what appears to be a tremendous lack of support from those who could help them do their work.
I absolutely love my stylist more than words could ever describe, but I do not look forward to coming into Lotus Den Too just to sweat through my appointment.

Emily is amazing! I have been going to her for 1.5 years now for my blond ombré. Since she’s been in Oceanside, I’ve been driving 1hr from the Temecula area — wouldn’t trust anyone else! Super friendly and sweet, will listen to what you want and excellent with blonds.

Emily Stebbings is AMAZING! I have been going to Emily for 6 years on and off. I was so happy that she moved to this location that is closer to my house. So I can come back to her! I live in Dana point so it’s still alittle drive but totally worth it! She is so sweet. My hair always turns out perfect and I love trying new things w her. Blonde is always my go to tho and she rocks it every time!

Love this place, called at the last minute and was able to get an appointment with Emily. She has a great eye for color and made some suggestions to update my color (I admit… maybe I was stuck in the 80’s). I am so happy I found her, she is definately my new stylist! I also love the VIP treatment… they offered me complimentry coffee or cocktails. had to go for the coffee since its not 5:00…maybe next time!

I saw emily in January while on vacation, I am super picky and have a high standard because my mom is a extremely successful hair colorist… Emily blew me away! Not only was her technique and color application spot on, she was so fun and easy to talk to! She made me feel so comfortable and walked me through everything! I walked out so happy and gushing over my new hair and felt like I had know her for years! I even made my husband go and he was equally as pleased! EMILY THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Loved my experience here! I came from out of town to attend a wedding and Emily gave me a beautiful blowout/​style! I have extremely curly hair, so it can be quite a task, but she made it look perfect, it was exactly like the picture I showed her! It lasted through a night of dancing and even a little rain! I also loved everything about this cute salon! The look is adorable, the staff was friendly and attentive, the product line smells amazing, the music played was enjoyable! I got my hair done by Emily and it was terrible. I had a blonde bayalage done and it killed my hair.
I understand that bleach will damage your hair but for 200 $ I didn’t think it would be that bad. After washing a few days later I couldn’t even brush it. The colors weren’t blended at all. I had to get it corrected and almost had to cut 6 inches off. I’m never going back.

I’ve been a client at Lotus Den for years and have to say I was super pleased when they added this location. I get my hair done every 2 to 3 weeks, so it’s great to have both salons be able to work me in on a moments notice.
Hillary has been doing my hair since she was just starting out as an assistant to the owner, Bethany. She is amazing… she’s sweet, caring and always takes the time to talk with me to make sure we’re on the same page for my cut, color and style. Plus, Hillary always looks fabulous and her hair is gorgeous so I have complete faith in her, always. She’s a 5 star stylist and I always leave happy… she always makes my hair look sooooo beautiful and healthy.
Hillary often does my blow outs for events or VEGAS weekends and knows when to give me «big, fabulous hair» or a more demure, sophisticated look. I tell her what I’m doing or where I’m going and she works her magic.
I get so many compliments on my hair that I often want to keep Hillary a secret… however, I can’t keep her to myself, so if you’re looking for a new stylist just know that you won’t be disappointed. She really is THAT good!
