Been here a few times. Counter service is great whether eating in or taking out. Fast and easy, never seem bothered when someone comes in (unlike other pizzerias I’ve been to). I recommend the chicken Francese slice.

What a great time here. The owner gave my friend and I a free glass of wine for our first time here. I really enjoyed the chicken marsala slice here not to mention their caesar salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to come back and get it again.
Customer service was great. The one guy who works here is very friendly and really helps out in the front.
I would like to come back here for dinner. Their menu looks good and I would not mind sitting in the back having some wine and pasta.

I’ve lived in Oceanside for a little over a year now and Lia’s is my favorite pizza place around here. They have a great variety of speciality slices but their regular pizzas are great as well. I’ve found myself going for their Sicilian slices as of late.
I can’t say that I’ve tried every pizza place around here yet but Lia’s is definitely my go to place for now.

We’ve lived near Lias for many years and never visited now my family wants to go back every week! Staff is friendly and the owners are very nice. Their food is delicious and Monday nights are a treat ! Also try the cannoli you’ll be hooked

We are new to town and newly married. The owner greeted us and even gave us a glass of wine on the house when we dined in. We love the variety of pizzas at the front — my favorite is the taco pizza while my husband loves the stuffed pizza.
This is the best pizza for the best price in oceanside. We already can’t wait to return for our next date!

pizza is pretty good, a little doughy IMO but definitely a decent pizza. The house salad is good as well. The décor is so-​so but still a decent pizzeria.

Just ordered our pizza here for delivery and it’s completely mushy. We had pepperoni, sausage, garlic, and olives. Tastes OK but not worth the $ 30 despite the toppings we added.
We called and spoke to a manager and told us that the toppings are what caused the pizza to be mushy. I mean places like Dominos and Papa Johns have thicker pie crusts than this place.
Will not order here again.

I placed an order for delivery and the girl said it would get to my house in a hour, I live 1 town away, so the hour and 5 mins pass and I get a phone call that they DO NOT deliver to my town. I was beyond furious and my 5 year old was starving by the time Gigante’s Pizzeria finally made it to my house. How do you not know where you deliver to?

We order from Lia’s on a weekly basis and we love their pizza.
However, I have had to STOP ORDERING my favorite dish, Linguini and Clam Sauce, because everytime I have ordered it in the last few months I constantly chew on little bits of Clam shell and it’s disgusting! Also, any chicken dish you get the chicken is dry and over cooked.
Also, please add puttenesca to the menu.

The only reason for the 2 stars is a very friendly smile behind the counter. I grabbed two slices– one white slice and one barbecue chicken and BOTH managed to have no flavor. Granted– this was about an hour before the place closed, but still– very very subpar quality.

I was originally going to inquire about baked ziti and meatballs but upon seeing the stuffed pizza (which I never have unless i go to Sbarro) and the taco pizza I told myself forget the ziti and meatballs I want those two slices. Boy I tell ya, were they good! When I bite into food I usually don’t do the exaggerated «mhm» sound like what those food channel people do. But when I bit into that taco slice, I let out a little «mhm because it was that good from the first bite.

What a great pizzeria /​restaurant! Looks are deceiving, the are located in the corner of a strip mall but the caliber of food & service here are equal to an empire. The pizza here, both taste & variety is very good!!! The good from the kitchen is great, equal to Manhattan type of food… maybe that’s because the Chef, Joe, was trained and worked all over Manhattan. If you’re in the area… STOP BY & PATRONIZE! By the way, the rice balls are like something from Brooklyn!

The staff is attentive, the entrees are excellent every time, and they take credit credit cards. The wine list is OK, and everything is quite affordable. Their pizza is always amazing.
