Laguna Vista Mobile Estates

Laguna Vista is a hidden gem in Oceanside! I recently discovered it when I sold a home to a client in there. She had to move from another neighborhood, Lakeshore Gardens, in Carlsbad, due to the rent being out of her range after the death of her husband. I found out about Laguna Vista, and that it was built by the same builders, so we went over to check it out. There are lovely lakes and ponds throughout the development. It is kept up beautifully. The best thing was the price of space rent. The rents are VERY reasonable, and the homes in there are well priced too! I went in and met the management, and they, also were fantastic and friendly. The woman who sold my client her house had nothing but good things to say about the management and the property owner. It’s my understanding that the property is under rent control, which is another added plus!
The location is close to many amenities, shopping and restaurants. Very convenient!
