KFC

We got to the drive thru, and the lady told us that we needed to wait. Fine, I understand that they’re busy. Finally, when she takes our order, she is very rushing and impatient. We tell her we want several of the $ 5 boxes, and she doesn’t bother to ask what sides or drinks we want. At this point, I just tell her what sides and drinks we want and she’s just like «okay.» She was very impatient. She tells us that the total will be at the window. Alright then. We got to the window and there’s a lady there, she’s very nice and is not as impatient as the lady taking our order at the drive thru. She repeats the order and basically, I have to reorder everything. Even then, they still messed up our order, and they even tired getting away with not giving us one of our drinks. It’s a good thing that I asked. Lastly, the food was pretty disgusting. I had one of their «Famous Bowls» and the chicken was soggy and almost gelatinous with the gravy and mash potatoes. It was very salty and didn’t taste really good. My cookie was okay, however the cookie my sister had, no exaggeration, was rock hard. I didn’t believe her at first until she took a bite and it made a loud cracking noise and sounded like she was eating gravel. How disappointing. I haven’t eaten at KFC in YEARS and now I have been reminded why I don’t. Disgusting food, terrible customer service, a messed up order and the one of the worst 20 bucks I’ve ever spent. I guess the one star can be attributed to the chicken little we got, which was actually kind of decent. Avoid this KFC!

Terrible place. Took them over 8 min to even acknowledge me at the drive through. Mind you there was no line at all. The drive through guy refused to speak up and he started muttering under his breathe a bit every time I had to ask what did you say. Finally when they took my order they had NO original or grilled chicken available. Terrible terrible terrible.

Yes indeedee. Seems like these guys have a serious problem in simply NOT having all their menu items available. I really like their grilled chicken. Honestly, it is the best chicken I have ever had! But THREE TIMES now I’ve gone there AT THE DINNER HOUR and they’ve told me that they don’t have any grilled chicken available. That they’re cooking it and that it should be ready in 30 minutes. Man oh man, that’s just wrong.

I’m surprised that this place is still open. I have no idea why I even went here. Staff was rude. Chicken were pricey and cold. This place needs to shut down already. Otherwise change the entire staff, management or train better. This place does not even deserve a star.

Had to wait 15 minutes for the biscuits to be ready but got a free drink not bad but could improve

Can anyone say «HOT»?? OMG NO AC… Really? And to top it off its leaking ON ME!!! Not to mention FLYS EVERYWHERE… OH HECK NO!!!
We should have gone to Paul’s Place!!!

The only positive I can give is the staff was very friendly.
My issues with this KFC where, the fountain drink machine ice maker did not work. The food took a long time to receive and it wasn’t even busy. My 3 piece meal was very small and chicken was very greasy. It’s very expensive for what you get, almost 11 bucks for a 3 piece meal and a small soda.

Forgot our coke, messed up our sides, wouldn’t let me order double down. Worst KFC in OCEANSIDE

I don’t have a problem with giving my neighborhood restaurant my business. But I feel like I just got the business. An employee and I decided to have chicken pot pies today, and I wanted a iced tea. Well, excuse me when I say that the ice tea smelled like dirty, stank water, I mean wtf? Do these guys clean the containers, or filter the water that they are serving customers? I wonder how many people have had an upset stomach after eating at this place? I tried calling but they don’t even pick up the phone, so I guess this is the only way I’m going to be herd. SHAME on you KFC! SELL ING PEOPLE DIRTY, STANK, ICE TEA WATER!!, you really need to pick up the phone over there!

Stopped in to grab food on way to watch fireworks… Requested butter and honey for biscuits, none in bag. Also gave us 2 sides but no FREAKING NAPKINS OR FORKS TO EAT IT WITH… Now I know it’s a tough and thankless job but What The F. k…

This has nothing to do with the food, but all to do with Chris, the drive threw man. On ⁵⁄₁₆ he was dealing with a terrible customer and handled it with extreme professionalism and kindness. The nightmare in front of the drive threw in front of me was terrible and a horrible person. This guy knows how to handle people and should be looked at as a role model of a good employee. He went above and beyond as an employee and should be recognized.
In the past the service has been ok, but I will be back for sure just because of how great Chris was.

My wife and I have purchased many family meals from this restaurant over the years. This past week was sent on a mission to get chicken pot pies for the family. As it turned out, they had just sold the pot pies to the car in front of me. no big deal, they told me it would take 20 minutes to bake. So I waited 45 minutes. Never again!

This is getting ridiculous what they do at this KFC. Watered down gravy with no taste and the consistency of water! Must have been running low and instead of getting more, they just added hot water to their supply!

Stopped by for a quick eat because I was craving some good fried chicken. Unlike some other reviews I’ve read for this KFC, I didn’t really have a problem.
I ordered what I ALWAYS get at a KFC and that would be the delicious Famous Bowl! Chicken was on point, crisp, and tasted as expected.
I was satisfied with what I ordered and the place was clean and not dirty so eating there wasn’t a problem at all.

Not good. I went their on a Saturday afternoon and they didn’t even have enough original chicken to give me a $ 10 bucket!

Drive thru was quick and the employees were fast and friendly. 3 stars because my wedges were cold and soggy… lol, I HATE cold and soggy wedges.. Everything else was yummy.

I mean its a KFC what do you expect?
Service has always been good whether drive through or eat in, i have 0 complaints about this place
Some people seem to think KFC should be the cheesecake factory or something

Haven’t had much of a problem here yet. The inside is nice, the food’s always good, and service has been fine. There was one mishap when we were given the wrong sides, but they told us to keep them and quickly brought out the right ones.

Thats the WORST Kfc i’ve ever been to! the service is extremely bad, the food is not fresh at all, the place is all dirty on tables, on the floor and in restrooms, and the worst is that the staff there start to ask u personal questions like «where r u from» or «where do u live at» or «where do u work» even if u do not respond to them!!! and when u dine inn u hear them opening subjects and telling stories and laughing loud since they have no customers!!! this place sucks!!!

This KFC sucks! It is the worst service of all. They made us wait like 45 mins for chicken strips… Isnt that supposed to be a fast food joint!!!
Please people… Clean that place!!! Have a better attitude!!! I know u might get paid like $ 5 dollars an hour, but u should do a good job anyways, if u r not happy just quit!
