Great Clips

Asked for a medium low but ended up getting a high medium. Also when overlooking the work, I noticed that there was a portion of hair that wasn’t faded. So my hair went from bald to hair to bald and then more hair. I told the lady if she can fix it, and I specifically told her about the line of hair, but basically goes back to the very top to cut more hair off. I told her no that’s fine how it is, just fade this part. So at the end I ended up getting a high medium not because I wanted but because that’s what the worker gave me. So personally I will not come back to this place for a haircut. Besides that everything else was not that bad.

This place is great. They remember who you are by your phone number in their computer and even remember what haircuts you get. So instead of me needing to remember #4 on the sides and #8 on the top, as per my usual, the system just spits it out and they confirm with me. Seriously it took me like 5 years to finally remember what hair cut I get each time. Why didn’t they have that sooner?! Also check in can be done via app and is completely transparent. Wait time is never a question. I bring my kids with me when I come in and even though they’re hanging on all the chairs they are very tolerant. Great people, great haircut, great place!

I love getting my hair cut here! The hair stylists work quickly, but efficiently to ensure the best cut (however it really does depend on who cuts your hair). I recently got a hair cut from Julia and she is absolutely the sweetest! She was very gentle, followed exactly what I asked for, and has many years cutting hair, so I trusted her easily.
One problem I had though last time I got my haircut though was the music. Typically they play more modern or even classics, but last time they were playing a very upbeat, fast paced Mexican music. I have nothing against music from Mexico or of that style, but to hear it repeatedly and loudly for the time I was there gave me a headache, plus I wish I knew what the lyrics meant. This con really isnt that bad though, so dont be deterred from getting a haircut at great clips.

I get my hair done here regularly and always have a good experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. I will continue to come here so long as I live in the area.
I understand if someone has a bad experience so be it leave a bad review but AdamB seriously? Learn how to use Unilocal buddy! Nobody is going to take you seriously when you cuss, call people names and give up on the human race over a haircut. Tone it down on the dramatics, the immature childlike insults and try your best to avoid being ignorant! It’s really simple just explain what happened like an adult and people can then make use of your review instead of thinking what a dramatic little kid this guy is!

I loooove coming to this place for haircuts. They’re really good with unique styles and especially good with a razor. Plus, they’re happy and willing to shave a good mohawk, love to have such open and fun hair-​stylists that always leave a good cut!

I had my hair cut yesterday by Patty; this is my second cut from the stylist. She did an amazing job again! My hair feels light and playful. My hair looks great even when I don’t style it using a flat iron or curling iron. I didn’t expect to receive a high quality cut at great clips; however, Patty provides exceptional service, and she is very easy to talk to. Unfortunately you cannot make appointments, but you can call ahead of time to make sure she is there.

I had long hair, and i wanted to do a long bob. The girl (i think her name is Maegan) did an awesome job. I showed her a picture and she got it right. I also wanted to donate my hair so she told me how to do it. I have been getting so many compliments about my hair. I will definitley be back here next time!

5÷29÷14: I got the most screwed up haircut ever from a girl named Jody. Almost positive she was either drunk it hungover. She cut my neck and had no idea how to blend. Worst haircut in 20 yrs!

TV in the waiting area a nice touch for people waiting and a monitor showing where you are in line makes waiting easier. Haircut was quick, used a $ 4 coupon, not a bad deal for a haircut. Good spot. If I’m in the area and need a haircut, I’ll have this place in mind.

This place is really awesome if you need your hair cut now and you are not super picky. I only had to fix a few strands and for the price I will definitely be back!

Went to Great Clips for the third time today and felt the need to spread the word. Good prices, quick service. Fantastic customer service from Megan, who did a great job with my cut. She was so personable I was almost bummed when it was over! Thanks again

I have been going to this salon for my weekly hair cut now since the place opened about 7 months ago. Even there has been some inexperience and some stylists leaving and coming in, the place is clean, warming, and has great personality. MY wife has even gotten her hair cut and styled here. I have found myself my favorite stylist, Cindy, that I request every time. She has given me the best hair cut I have had since I was in North Carolina. I would recommend anyone and everyone go to this salon for their hair needs. Not to mention they really welcome military and they always have some sort of sale going on for haircuts on top of their four square deals.

My husband went here for a hair cut. We were able to check in online while we were driving there, which was great, because when we got there we didn’t have to wait too long at all. Everyone we encountered at the salon was friendly and demonstrated great customer service. My husband’s stylist did a great job and was very personable and friendly (don’t remember the name, Sorry!). The prices were great and they also had good product for sale at good prices. I highly recommend this place!

Wow, great customer service. I can not remember the hair dressers name, but she was great! When I walked in, she greeted me immediately. I just needed a quick trim. The haircut was $ 14, but it was worth it! This place is really clean and modern. The hair dresser was so attentive to what I wanted and offered suggestions to what she thought would look good. I have very long hair, so she was very careful to the amount of hair she cut. She layered it very nicely. I was out in 15 minutes. I will come back again!

Hard to find a good stylist who is able to cut my son’s thick wavy hair, but found a pretty good one here. Jenna was good!
Only two stars since the day I made a big effort to get here on the day they told me she was supposed to be there, she was NOT there. «shift sharing» excuse?
Also, a loss of another star since after he sat down in the chair, the stylist left my son several times to check others in and start to go through a lengthy return of product process. Finally just went over and took him out of there without even getting the cut. HELLO we are customers in the chair, you don’t abandon someone mid-​cut continually to attend to other things. HIRE MORE PEOPLE for the front desk, whatever it takes, but this is just bad business.
Another star loss as you can’t check in thru their system and state an arrival time, their site says «will hold your spot for a short time… what does that mean? I need to know exactly how long my spot will be held before being cancelled on me.
Won’t be going back to another Great Clips. Let’s now call this «Below Average Clips»
