I cannot possibly rate this business because they were incredibly horrible. I originally found them on craiglist and phoned Victor to inquire about pricing and was told to email Teresa because he could not quote me prices and that she would take care of me.
After 3 emails from me, I finally received a message back and was told that I would receive a follow up email with prices. At this point I should have started to look elsewhere but instead I gave them the benefit and continued to communicate with them.
We exchanged several emails quoting me prices and I was told that they had everything I needed, which I ordered and was under the impression that I would have on the day of my daughters «1^st» birthday.
So here we are, party day and I had scheduled them to be at our house at 9 am. By 10 am, I called them to find out where they were and the phone # that I had was not taking calls at the time (not good). They finally called me about 30 to 40 min. later to tell me that their driver was in an accident and that they would be late…3 hours later they showed up
Not only were they late but they showed up with completely incorrect stuff. I WISH I would have taken pictures of the tables and chairs that I received. The tables were not for 8 people, they were small, only fit 6 people and not only were they small but they were disgustingly dirty as well as were the chairs.
The balloons were about the only thing that they got right with the exception that they forgot the 2 mylar balloons that I had ordered and when I inquired I was told that they did not have them, plain and simple. I also had ordered table cloths, do you think they showed up with those… NO!!! Victor left to their warehouse because it was 11:45 and I had no time to leave, since our party started at noon.
In addition his partner, a woman in another car that came to deliver, peeled out of our residential street.
I would not have taken the time to write this had they not been so horrible. Do not use them, horrible, horrible customer service!!!
Oh, I almost forgot, my husband asked for a discount since the tables were the incorrect size, they were late, we did not receive all the items we were told they had and to add insult to injury they took 2.50 off the total price.
