I stopped by the store to look for dance clothes and shoes for my toddler. Very nice store but a little pricey. I asked the young lady running the store if she could size my daughter for tap shoes. She asked if I was going to be buying them online and I told her I wasn’t sure yet. She them told me that she could not size my daughter if I was going to be ordering online. I get that it’s tough for stores with customers having the ability to buy things online now but, how is that good customer service and how does that benefit the store? If/when I’m in a pinch and need something in the future, I sure won’t be going back to their store. How about trying the shoes on my daughter and trying to sell me on them? Isn’t that what a sales person is supposed to do anyway? Very disappointing.

Their return policy is not very good so be sure you want what you buy. It best not to buy any presents here, I did and it could not be returned, because there return window period is small. I will never buy anything here ever again! Suggest you use KC Dancegear instead, they really give excellent customer service.

Very nice place. The woman working during the day was very pleasant and helpful and didn’t mind me trying 4 different sizes of ballet and tap shoes on my toddler’s feet. Seems reasonably priced to me, and that they have a relatively decent selection of dance gear.
