Bed Bath & Beyond

This bed bath and beyond is this best! There is a store closer to me but I drive the extra fifteen minutes to go to this store. It is large, clean, well organized and the employees are so nice and helpful! They don’t walk around with an attitude like a lot of employees do today. They actually smile and ask if they can help you. I was just there today.

I find it so useful to be able to stay in my neighborhood for most of my needs. BBB has a huge assortment of about anything you can need to keep your home fresh looking. The quality is average for certain items but that’s what I expect to find there. For example I was disappointed to find out that all the tablecloths were made of some sort of man-​made material. I really wanted to find a nice thick cotton cloth to use on my table for thanksgiving so I did not purchase one there. However there is a huge assortment of just about everything you can need for your home from coffee pods to small appliances, kitchenware, dishware… everything you could want. A little pricey for what they are or friend, but extremely convenient

I went to the Oceanside Bed Bath & Beyond because the website said that location would have in stock the product I was looking for. And yes, they had it, but not enough packages. On a Saturday afternoon there were no employees on the entire sales floor to help me get more packages. I had to go wait on line at customer service. That’s very annoying, but then customer service turned out to be very pleasant and helpful and did get what I needed. It would have been nice to be able to make my purchase at customer service since I had already waited there, but no, I had to go to the long checkout lines. Sigh. I was glad to get out of that congested store!
I concur with other Unilocalers who said that Bed Bath & Beyond will accept a stack of expired coupons. They will even apply them all to one order! They will also accept paperless expired coupons from your email if you display them on your smartphone. That’s amazing.

This Bed Bath & Beyond is like every other everything is nicely organized and it’s easy to find what you need. The customer service here is great at times, but sometimes on slow days it’s a bit difficult to find someone to help you find a product you need.

The worst customer service ever. No one answers your questions. And never lose your receipt!

Like many people I know, I could wallpaper my studio apartment in Bed, Bath and Beyond coupons. Not that I am complaining… Gotta love that they accept expired coupons!
I do like this location, it has a ton of parking even though it is in a rather large shopping center. I do find it a little crammed as Ashley B wrote in her review. The last time I was my mom was looking for a cheap, round, wooden, table with optional glass top. Throw a table cloth over that puppy and it looks awesome and you have a place to put your stuff! We searched all the departments and couldn’t find them. I scoured the store for an employee (on the floor) to ask, but they are pretty scarce.
The employee told us to go to a particular section and still couldn’t find any. Low and behold, in a dusty old box on the bottom of a display, we spotted the table. It was like a treasure hunt!
Anyway, they a lot of cool stuff like K Cups, Yankee Candles, most of the «As Seen On TV» must haves, and a really nice china section. I see why many people have BBB on their wedding registries. This location has vibrating chairs which are always occupied buy guys. I guess they sit down and get a quick, free massage while the ladies shop. Single ladies need a massage as much as you do fellas! Let a girl sit down!
I do like having a store like this so close to home, but it isn’t a store I shop at (for myself) often. I usually give my coupons to friends and family. I would not mind having a three minute shopping spree at this place at all.

Like other Bed Bath and Beyonds, this one has great prices, great coupon policies and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the layout of this store is infuriating. Very narrow walkways and inconsiderate customers who leave their carts wherever they please make for traffic jams and blind rage from yours truly. But go early or during the week and you’ll find a quiet, less stressful experience, where you can get everything you never knew you needed for your brand new apartment…

This store is a solid BBB. It is not the most amazing one — but it is not cruddy either. It is A-​OK. Staff are friendly and they usually have what I want. I never had a problem there. It can feel slightly cramped — but I think that is the chain’s business model…
Plus they let me use all of the coupons — one for each item — and the coupons do not expire.
