Arby’s Roast Beef Restaurant

Super clean, lots of parking, meat lovers paradise, great selection of food & the sauces are awesome. Friendly customer service… this location is the best arbys I’ve ever been to!

Wow. First time at this new location. The good news is the food is good.
With that said, it will be my last time dining in at this location. Why you might ask. Here is why:
1. Really backed up toilet that when reported, I was told they could do nothing about it
2. Walked into the men’s bathroom and there was someone shooting up right there at the urinal. He must have forgot to lock up.
3. While sitting there, at least two less than desirable people walked in and just sat down next to us.
4. When we left there was someone blocking the sidewalk with their bike.
Oh well. Good luck to the store. I think your move was not a good one.

Every single time I go here, I’m pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff are at this location. They set a very high standard for other fast food chains. Their customer service is clearly something they take pride in.
And, they have the most delicious thinly sliced perfectly cooked roast beef, and wonderfully crunchy curly fries around. Mmm mmm mmm!

Service above and beyond! Shianne added our shake to the dinner order that was already started to a combo so it was 2/​3rds less than ordering separate And the new Fish sandwich on Kings Hawaiian Bread is tasty! ! The turnovers is awesome! !

I love Arby’s, and its great that there is one here in Oside, but this place needs MORE STAFFING! The manager seemed to focus more on the drive-​thru then the counter, and the wait time for an order as a walk-​in customer seemed endless. Hiring more staff would get the job done here. The food is worth the wait though!

I swear that’s not real roast beef. I bit into it and I swear it seemed like I was swallowing something out of a gutter. The place is deceiving because it looks very nice inside, but the roast beef is the most horrible anywhere. I used to eat at the Arby’s next to the Kaiser hospital in Clairemont Mesa when I was a patient at that hospital and that was really good. This place though gets less than 1 star. My sewer system liked it seconds after I ate it. Puke! yuk! Someone close this franchise.

I had a small salad, chicken slider, cherry turn over, and a vanilla shake. It was all great. We shall certainty be bak soon. Friendly staff, so clean, even the air vents, and as expected the booths wervery clean.

OK, it seems really dumb to even review an Arby’s, let alone give it five stars, right? But here’s the deal: this is, like, the only Arby’s left in North County, and not only that, they run it right. For one thing, it’s been here since the late ‘70s, but it’s always clean and very well maintained. The employees are not your typical fast-​food crew; they tend to hire folks with personality and brains. I’ve never gotten a wrong order here. Sometimes, when you pull through the drive-​through with your dog in the back seat, they have a treat for her. There’s never food waiting under heat lamps; they make the sammies fresh when you order (so it may take a couple minutes more than you’re used to), and they’re always hot and fresh. Same with the fries and potato cakes.
I don’t need to review Arby’s menu; we all know what that’s like. It’s great for when you just can’t look at one more hamburger or taco :) Where else can you get a corned-​beef Reuben on marbled rye at 7PM on a Sunday?

So Arby’s isn’t as popular as McDonald’s or Burger King but they have the meats!!! I used to come here back in the day a few times but slowly and surely I moved on. So recently I’ve been seeing some commercials about this brown sugar bacon sandwich which looked really good. I love a good BLT so I decided today would be the day. I’m actually writing my review as I’m eating the BLT and its pretty sugary but in a good way. I wish it had more tomato to balance out the bacon. I will definitely get it again.

This particular Arby’s is definitely 5 stars. The employees are always smiling and you can tell they really do appreciate your business. I have been going to this restaurant for 20 plus years. Unlike most fast food restaurants this location could teach the rest of the fast food restaurants a thing or two about how to give their customers stellar customer service!

This Arby’s is great, they have a great sense of customer service and LEON the head manager is the coolest. The thing I love about this Arby’s is consistency. I have been coming here for 7 – 8 months and the food is always good. The fries and onion rings are always hot and fresh. And the sandwiches are juicy and delicious. I tried a new sandwich on the menu and didn’t care for it,. And I told them about it and they gave me a different one, no questions asked.
Aside from that this is a regular Arby’s… Same menu as any other Arby’s. But if you want a clean restaurant and friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go.

ARBYS!!! I had to write a review after trying the new Hawaiian rolls!!! VERY GOOD!!!
This place is nice always clean and stocked well. Rey usually helps me and is always happy and upbeat! They even have a sign to honk if you had good service and it gets me every time! Laying on the horn always gives the guys inside a chuckle!
The meat is fresh and the curly fries I think are way better than Jack across the street. Beef and cheddar never gets old. I got a little adventurous one day and ordered a extra large with 9or12oz of beef and it was ridiculously big. Never again but hey I just had to try it.
Dont forget Arbys sauce!

Came back again tonight for another fat treat, #3 Roast Beef Sandwich. I’m so guilty — but also very happy! This really is the most professional drive through staff I have every seen. I mean, really. The way the staff at this location carry themselves makes them appear over-​qualified to work at a fast food joint. These guys all act like mid-​level managers at a Fortune 500 company. I can’t wait to come back!

I was impressed with this Arby’s location. This Oceanside drive through has the built in feature of comfortable shade — awesome while waiting for «team Arby’s» to create the perfect dinner.

After a short wait they simply required money. My debit card was the KEY that unlocked this glorious «perfect dinner»…it was finally mine… ALL MINE! The manager offered up some quick pleasantries as he filled my bag with extra sauces and napkins — SERVICE AND EXTRA SAUCES — bravo sir!
I guess I have a soft spot for Arby’s…they were founded in Ohio where I’m from… whatever, a tad pricey for drive through but good eats — will totally come back.

Prices are a little high for a fast food resteraunt but oh well, when you got that craving you got to go!

It is an Arby’s, but what makes it different are that folks remember you as a customer. Food is good, prices are ok. And you are made to feel welcome.

I actually like this place quite a bit… food is decent (for Arby’s, we’re not talking 4-​star restaurant here), and the service is great. They’ve always gotten my order perfect and everyone is very friendly… the dude behind the counter even remembered my name and gave me a «See ya later, Andrew» on the way out which was pretty slick. My only complaint is that the prices are a bit high, but there are some good coupons that are out that can make this a very cheap meal. I’ll definitely be back!

Best roast beef sammiches in town. So greasy, but big deal, it’s fast food. I didn’t get cheese with my order like I asked but mistakes happen. I’m still a fan :)

It was 1030a and I was on my way back to the office. I was starving and wanted to pick up lunch somewhere. I had a coupon for a $ 2.99 Arby Melt combo so decided Arby’s it is!
Fast and friendly service at the drive thru. The food is made to order and they even had Diet Dr. Pepper!
