Always clean and there’s a lot of cardio equipment that I never have to wait. Great location at the mall with a separate entrance/​parking area do parking isn’t a problem even on a busy shopping day

I gave it one star for the service at this specific date and time wed, 9-​30-​2015 @8:46 pm. I can only speak on the service because I didn’t make it past the front desk. I don’t understand. I went online and filled a form for a free pass, simple right? I mean the pass even says my name on it. Apparently if you don’t have a residence you can’t use the pass… makes sense I guess. I explained to the airhead that I just moved into town and am residing temporarily at a hotel. She said «aw sorry» with a false sympathy implying that me staying at this hotel was a bad thing. Well this clearly was above her pay grade (real serious stuff) so she had to ask her GM whom had already left. She said there is nothing she can do (because it would be so difficult to acknowledge my pass) I even tried to give her proof of temporary residence. Oh she did offer me a great deal for a day pass of 25 dollars! Even though I had the free pass in my hands. Whatever I don’t have time to deal with this incompetent individual. I’ll go to the other gym down the st. This place lost my business for sure. GM why don’t you school up your employees in customer service. Or you could give her a job that doesn’t require people skills like janitor or something.

Excellent facility. Towel service and brand new equipment! Staff is friendly, however, I was upgraded to this facility but I was told it was NOT an additional 1 year commitment. After receiving an email if my paperwork, the sales person mis-​informed me. Do not sign any paper work with a sales person here. Other than that, I really enjoy working out here.
