After saving 3 thousand dollars, we Unilocaled carpet installation and went to see two places, G&S carpet in Santa Maria and Cal Coast Carpet in Oceano. G&S showed us the lowest quality materials and we left the place discouraged. Walked in at Cal Coast Carpet we were greeted by Mike. He was very helpful and offered us so many choices. He special ordered our carpet and sheet vinyl. Way nicer than I thought we could afford. Under buget too. Our installers were extremely detailed oriented and highly professional. I would highly recommend this family run business.

They were really friendly and came and did a free estimate for wood floors on my house. After that I could never get a hold of Mike. I called and went into to the store a couple of times, but he never returned my calls. Emails were supposed to be sent, but I never received them. I had asked for 4 different samples to be estimated for price. But they only did 1, and was way over priced! I just don’t understand why they would treat customers like they don’t exist. No calls, no emails and are never there. Very disappointing

Went in with a budget and an Idea of what I needed. The sales floor was busy but the guys working were friendly and helpful.
Found what I needed in a few minutes and even had a few options in my price range.
Success!
Salesman loaded my purchase and even had rope Incase it needed tied down.
All around good deal.

I love this place!!! I’ve used them for small jobs and big jobs. I decided I wanted laminate hardwood flooring in my entire house and was curious how it would look. Rob, the owner, let me take a piece home so I could feel confident about this kind of purchase. (my husband and I are first time home owners) We decided we loved the sample and I can not even express how happy I am with the results!!! Our house looks amazing!!! Herb and his crew did an excellent job with installation and did it in a very timely manner. If you need any flooring, go to Cal Coast Carpet. The family atmosphere and attention to detail far outweighs the cookie cutter experience you will get at a big box store. Love them!!!

No complaints here! Excellent customer service and professionalism. The two gentleman that installed the carpet did an excellent job and were a pleasure to talk to.
