Poor service, empty promises and a president who does not stand by his work. We installed a Fujitsu heating and air conditioning unit under their recommendation and we have had nothing but problems. Were without air during the hottest days over the summer with no phone call response for weeks and me having to chase them down. They had to come back several times and it is still not right. Just tried to call them because we are having trouble with our heat and they suggested we go somewhere else because they have no tech. I would call Anyone, EXCEPT for this company!
