Dunkin’ Donuts

Still was able to get my favorite iced coffee flavor away from home, Thank you!

I pulled into the drive through and ordered a large dark roast iced coffee with just cream. There was clearly a thick layer of sugar at the bottom when I did not ask for sugar. I asked to the worker of the drive through if this was my drink because there’s sugar in my drink. Not to mention that the drink seemed to be 90% cream and 10% coffee but I can let that go. In response she says «well that’s what you ordered «and smuggly laughed it off and walked way and that was it. She was done with me and the drive through door closed. Needless to say I was very done with her. I pulled around to the lot and parked the car. A nicer worker was inside and I had told her what I wanted and she accommodated me like any normal person would.

this is the shittiest place ive ever been in my whole life. worst service on earth. manager didnt even know how to work the register and they gave my friend a loose doughnut. coolata was handmade and tasted like water. waited 20 minutes for a doughnut.

ZERO STARS. Went in last night before night fishing on the beach to fill my thermos with hot chocolate and they were «cleaning the machines». Went in the next morning and now they are completely out of hot chocolate. Ridiculous. Never going back to this location.

Since it’s been redone, the interior of this location is very clean and nice. The staff is friendly most of the time and service is quick. This is where most of the stars came from. The quality of what you purchase is definitely lower than other Dunkin’ locations. There is usually a smaller donut selection and sometimes the drinks don’t taste quite right. The main reason for taking off a star is that they NEVER mix the coffees. You always end up with the flavor syrup and sugar sitting at the bottom of the cup. Dunkins in this area typically don’t mix the drinks. In any other place they will be mixed nicely. Overall the location is nice but the products are lower quality than other locations.

I was there early morning on 8÷22÷12. My two friends and myself were the only ones in the store. The male employee said «I hope your not here for any food!» The female employee had some issues pouring coffee.
On 8÷25÷12 at 8am it was a virtual state of panic there. the parking lot was filled and cars were lined down the street. the manager was in the store yelling and no one knew what they were doing. I would never go there again. absolutely the worse service ever. One star rating is way too good for this place!!!

I hate giving this fine American franchise two stars but this newly renovated dunkin sucks in customer service. The service is slow and the people look confused at times. Wawa will eat their lunch if they don’t get this straightened out. FYI, I’ve been to this place twice since it reopened.

This Dunkin’ Donuts location is by far my favorite. Friendly staff, quick service, and fresh coffee/​pastries. Some locations really mess up my cinnamon coffee and/​or my sausage egg & cheese croissant. By either burning it, or squirting it together making the appearance and taste unappealing. If you’re a regular, sometimes they’ll throw in one or two free donuts. I highly recommend this location. Plus, it’s open 24 hours. (one of the few around that is.)

This is not only the dirtiest, nastiest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been in, it’s also the most repulsive food establishment I’ve ever had the misfortune to walk into. There were flies EVERYWHERE! They crawled all over my bag & my leg. And there were food crumbs all over the place– all over the floor, on each table, there were smears of food, etc. They need an exterminator, but first they need to clean!!! I should have bolted the minute I walked in, but my boyfriend & I were stupid enough to stay inside to wait out the rain.
Avoid this place like the plague!!!
