HORRIBLE! This property should not be rented out. The smell of mold when you enter is disgusting. My family members rented this property for the week. I’m the only one who does reviews on Unilocal so I am the one warning anyone is is thinking of renting this property to stay away. I only slept here one night and I am having a hard time breathing. Every time the air conditioning came on the smell of mold got stronger. They also do not keep up with any updates. The mini blinds were all bent and broken. The interior is from late 80’s early 90’s. Also very dirty, ceiling fans were covered in very thick dust. Indoor carpet very stained and disgusting. Floor boards were rotted on main steps inside and outside. On the top step upstairs the only thing that helped from not letting your foot go though was the carpet. Also a soft spot in the floor in front of the downstairs closet. Kitchen was dirty and not properly stocked with the standard pots, pans and utensils. DONOTRENT!
