LOVE this place! I could spend all day in there! The ladies were friendly and helpful!

This place is super cute! My mother and I love Christmas decorations and this is the place to feed that addiction! They had a variety of christmas ornaments and décor to fit practically anyone’s hobby! I found great joy in the ornaments of some of my favorite cartoon characters that I enjoyed watching as a kid. It brought back memories.
When you walk in, there are many mini Christmas trees with ornaments grouped based on their likeness. They also encourage you to shop directly off of the trees. If you find an ornament that you like, simply take it off the tree.
This is a great place to visit just to browse around but If you like finding Christmas gems I would recommend making a visit. I know that next year I plan to be back!

Talk about Christmas overload… I love this place. It’s pretty much nothing but ornaments and decorations but it gets me in the holiday spirit every time I come here. It’s part of a really old building that seems like it hasn’t changed much since it was built which really gives it that old world holiday feel which is really cool. They’ve also got a Halloween section which has some really cool stuff.

As Department 56 North Pole Village collectors, it is nice to have a local place that sells our set. While shopping online for some things is fine, others (like our village pieces) are better off being purchased in-​house. The Golden Goose is a locally owned shop right in the heart of Occoquan. They have everything Christmas that you could ever want (ornaments, carolers, Nativity sets, villages, etc). Each year they host a Department 56 Open House that includes giveaways, guest demonstrators, and is just an all around nice time (held in October, I think). Their employees have always been very helpful and knowledgeable (Galen especially).
For a great local spot to prepare for the holidays, take a trip to The Golden Goose!
