Make sure there’s cash in your wallet because that’s the only method of payment they take. There is however an ATM inside the bakery.
Magnolia Bakery serves hot & cold deli subs and pastries. This day I ordered the antipasto salad. Unfortunate for me (and other customers) they were out of roast beef, mortadella, and artichokes that I am aware of. The salad was skimpy compared to others but that was fine. Problem was I became violently ill the rest of the day after ingesting it. This was the only food I had eaten for the day. In thinking back, I remember the employees taking cash from customers and not washing their hands afterwards. They were rubbing their unclean hands on the meats, touching the pastries and scooping food out of bowls with their bare hands.
Very unsanitary and not something I care to witness again.
