In an attempt to redeem a JCPenney certificate for a fragrance of my choice, I headed to the Paddock Mall. As I entered the store, I saw the jewelry counters and I continued to look around the store for the frangrance section. Unfortunately I never found it because they don’t have one. I was extremely surprised because I figured all departments stores have fragrances. I approached one of the ladies in the jewelry department and she informed me that they did not have fragrances or make-up at this particular location. She went on to say that the closest JCPenney would be either Jacksonville or Orlando. She was very nice so I’ve added a star for service.

I’m happy to welcome back the old JCPenney! They’re back with their regular advertising, sales, clothing, etc.
I hadn’t been here since they had a new executive some time back., but things look like they used to. The employees are helpful and plentiful. Though I think there might be seasonal employees already working there. None of them are just standing around either. They’re either showing customers around, fixing up displays or whatever they need to do.
Their jewelry selection is pretty decent and I don’t think there is a bra that is made that isn’t sold there. They also periodically have «fitters» for us girls.
After you make your purchase don’t forget to take the survey on your receipt. Not just for the 10% discount but because these employees are awarded pins if they receive complimentary feedback. Those pins can eventually be traded in for ones with gems in them… even up to a diamond in them. It’s kind of like a medal of honor for those girls.

Store is small, they have a very limited selection. Seems dingy and dirty compared to other JCP stores.
