Highlands At Heathbrook

I visited family here for 10 days. Overall it’s a great place.
The facilities are clean and modern. I spent a lot of time working in the business office. They provide a nice quiet room with computers, a printer and fax. There’s fast wifi available at the main office and pool area.
The apartments are clean and in good repair. Pest control is all over it if you see a bug. Security closes the gate at 9pm and records any cars coming into the complex.
The landscaping is nice and well maintained. The landscapers do start a little early, but that’s Florida. There’s an outdoor pool that’s pretty clean for a uncovered pool and a hot-​tub. Unfortunately, the hot-​tub was down while I was there.

For the most part this is one of the best apartment complexes I have stayed at as far as the staff goes. They seem to be there when you need them and will not hesitate to do the right thing.
Maintenance team has always been right on time as in getting things done and I have never had to call them back for the same issue.
Security team have been very nice, the only 2 cons I have is that they talk loud to the people coming in late at night so it wakes me up with there long conversations. Also when they go on patrol, they don’t leave the gate up so at 3:30 in the morning cars are waiting to get in and start honking their horns waking me up.
Grass people start at about 7−730am which constantly wakes me up but this seems to be an issue in all apartment complexes. To hot in florida to not start early, but they should follow same quiet hour rules as others.
The building I would say is like others where the walls are thinner and I do hear conversations from everyone else. But for the most part due to the area people are not loud during sleep times and respectable.
Overall Great place and would highly recommend this place to anyone with Kids and want to feel safe and secure.
