This was our first time, the experience was wonderful! The coffee was really good, the smoked salmon Benedict was very good ! The service was excellent! I recommend this healthy cuisine breakfast restaurant, and would eat there again!

Stopped by this place traveling due to the Unilocal reviewS. Loved it! Farm fresh ingredients always make for an amazing meal! I ordered the Italian eggs Benedict and did not like it, our waitress noticed I wasn’t eating and replaced it with something else, great customer service! I definitely recommend stopping here for breakfast.

We stopped in for breakfast and got here right before the mad rush. Service was really good. The food was excellent and the price was expensive. We both had orange juice and The Trifecta(2eggs, one pancake, 2 pieces of bacon) and I had toast. The bill was $ 28.00.

Wow! The BEST Pancake ever! I ordered a pancake with banana, blueberry, and peacan and it was to die for. This is the bomb! So fluffy and delicious. All the fruits are so fresh and my kale tonic was fantastic~ The sevice here is superb, too. Torrey was super friendly and attentive! I will be back for lunch soon. They do have great selection of items seem healthy. I will recommend my patients and co-workers for breakfast and lunch. THEBESTBREAKFASTPLACEEVER!

We were visiting family in Florida this past week and we didn’t want to go to a breakfast place we could find back home. We decided to go here because the menu offered some delicious options and delicious healthy options, too! I had the French Toast with fruit, eggs and bacon, and we also got the Blt eggs Benedict. Both were very good. Don’t pass this one up, it’s a hidden gem!

I had low expectations of First Watch because after looking at it on Unilocal,I was reminded of places like Egg and I(Montgomery) and Another Broken Egg(Pensacola). I checked out their website and found that it is indeed a Florida breakfast/lunch chain. But it was right off of the interstate when we were driving through Ocala, so we decided to go ahead and take our chances. Though it took awhile for our server to initially greet us and take our drink orders, that was the only glitch in our visit here. Husband and I split the chickichanga and the market hash(with eggs over medium). The food came out so quickly that it surprised us just how fresh everything looked. The potatoes were pre-packaged, but they were prepared well. The meals in their entirety were excellent, including the coffee, and we were pleasantly surprised. Entering First Watch sort of gives one the impression they are about to walk into some strip mall boutique or salon, but the interior is clean, bright, and cheerful. The quality and cost of the food and pleasant service definitely puts First Watch above any other similar franchise restaurant we have been to.

There’s usually not this type of great, healthy food options right off a major highway. Good friendly staff with quick tasty food.

The food never disappoints, I love coming for breakfast/brunch. The bacon and onion hash is my current favorite and always made perfectly! Aside from the great food the staff is incredible always so kind and attentive. I came in today to enjoy the outdoor seating with my lab and I got the same great service.

This was my second time at a First Watch in Marion County and every time I dine here, I’m more impressed with their food. This FW is located right off I-75 on SR200 in Ocala so it’s very convenient to those of us who travel. I arrived at around 9:00am and it wasn’t too busy and I was seated immediately. Their menu is diverse and offers a bit of everything including healthy low fat options. I sat down and decided all I wanted was a non healthy Traditional Breakfast platter which includes 2 Eggs, Bacon, Seasoned Potatoes and an English Muffin. The portions are just right to make sure you get a hearty breakfast and that’s especially true with the bacon. I received 4 strips of thick cut bacon that brought a big smile to my face. I also decided to order a bowl of fresh seasonal fruit which included, raspberries, melon, grapes, pineapple, watermelon. The portion was generous and my morning was complete. Service was spot on and prices were comparable to many of the other sit down breakfast joints! A tip for those of you who have never dined here, once they drop off the check at the table, you have to pay up front.

Impressive menu. Love the juice kale tonic. Well the choices around here are like gross, really gross, bleak, and this place which is pretty good. The good news is that they have fresh stuff like really fresh. The toasted English Muffin is uninspired, and I wish they had the great artisan bread that other First Watches have. The bad news, is that the service tapers off after you start eating, and if you drink all the coffee in your little pot(really likely) then you are out of luck … pretty much. Also, it will take a long time to get breakfast, even if you are like the only person around. Still, it is much better than the competition around here.

Wow! What a delectable breakfast. Fresh ingredients, daily specials, hand pressed juices. Thank you for a most welcome meal after 20 hours on the road. I’m so glad we found you and didn’t end up at a lousy chain breakfast joint. Yummy! Please open a spot in Pasco :)

A great stop in Ocala that offers a more quality experience than others. Enjoy the fresh juices and prepared-to-order American favorites.

Coffee was burnt. Egg white omelette was over cooked and did not taste good. Good service overall.

I just have to start by saying that I usually enjoy my visit in the past, however this was the most disappointing experience. Initially, I was seated for almost 7 minutes before anyone came to offer me something to drink. Then, when the other person of my party arrived, someone did finally came back and offered to take our order like they were wanting to scoot us out the door as quickly as possible. Then, when our food did come out, I was brought this steak the size of a cap of our ketchup bottle. Never did the original or any other server came back to check on how was our food. Only when the server was ready to refill our drinks was when they gave us our checks. Again, those working at First Watch on July 11th at 8am to 9am, get a f – king clue! I guess i’m going to have to stop by McD’s for a sausage mc muffin.

Kale tonic and pineapple cooler were very good as were the crepegges and the avocado bacon and tomato hash. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was noisy as it is very crowded. Ten minute wait to be seated.

I had driven by First Watch many times in the past thinking it was a health clinic or a watch store. The small font under the sign which says daytime café was hard to see when driving through SR200. For this reason I had never checked it out. My sister had suggested it for brunch. We went with our family on a Sunday and it was really busy! We were first seated inside on the hightop tables but it was extremely cold so we asked for a table outside. Everything looked delicious on the menu but was sad to hear they had no biscuits :( I tried both their blueberry and pumpkin pancakes – both delicious!!! So was their cherry chicken quinoa! And this is coming from someone who isnt a big fan of quinoa. I ordered the turkey and avocado eggs benedict which was also delicious and freshly made. So happy to see that this breakfast restaurant offers a healthy alternative!

I like First Watch for it’s healthy menu options, but even more for updating a tired breakfast/lunch concept. First Watch is open only till 3 pm each day and understands it cannot be everything, to everybody — all the time. It’s not IHOP, Denny’s, Bob Evans, or even the Waffle House. If anything they’re closer to the Wildflower restaurant concept with interesting fresh baked breads and muffins. As one of my friends noted, she comes here for the«great service, and a clean, bright atmosphere and consistent food». I would agree. I had the Monterey Club which comes with turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, monterey jack and mayo on multigrain for a reasonable $ 8.50. While my friend had the Breakfast Scramble which comes with spinach, ham and melted cheddar and monterey jack on multigrain toast. topped with hollandaise, also for about $ 8.00. Both were very good, well prepared and flavorful. Expect pay around $ 21.00 including tax, but before gratuities. We’ll be back, enjoy!
