Current health inspection: 7 at Risk violations and 5 Critical violarions for: food held w/​no time marking, food not sold withing 7 days after preperation, cold food held at 52 degrees, wrong food stored on floor of drry storage area and sanitizer bottle stored incorrectly.
This is a small take-​out eatery that is known for selling sides. Sides, you ask? Yes! Sides of a wide variety. I guess you could compare it to lower end Tapas. I ordered the Kangaroo side. Two employees couldn’t figure out how to ring it in on the POS system. Finally a calculater was used, hence, no receipt. The kangaroo was cooked properly and I enjoyed the seasoning used. The seasoning however was heavy handed. A decent price for a side portion of roo.
Unfortunately the restroom was filthy and the sink was barely hanging onto the wall.
The waiting area was supplied with an oddly painted stool and an elementary school desk. Not much of a décor for a waiting area.

So good! So nice to see an owner take pride in his food… wings huge and amazing sauces. my fav pomegranate chipotle!.. gator is the size of chicken tenders! HUGE! And burgers are the only one of its kind! Good job boys!
